Problems running

Okay, here's where it starts... about a month ago, I hurt my foot on a friend's trampoline. I think I hurt that tendon (sp?) at the bottom of my foot. It hurt so bad. Now my foot is fine, but if I walk long distances, it hurts really bad! It doesn't really do that if I run (Unless I run a lot in a short period of time). Could I have messed up my foot somehow? And if so, what can I do? Thank you in advance!

i was with this guy almost 3 months ago and i luved him a lot but he broke up with me 3 days after valentines which broke my heart. he told me if was becuase he was getting bad grades but i didnt belive him so i had my best friend which is one of his ex ask him y he broke up with me and it turns out he got with me to make my friend jelous. im still friends with her but i just cant get over wut he did plz tell me ways i can get over this situation

I'm not going to prom b/c i have an AP physics final test two days later and i don't want to get distracted. But, my friends are mad at me b/c they are seniors and its our last year to go to a dance as a big group-their being mean "subtley"-like they'll slip in some mean things-wat do i do? and how do i not feel so miserable?

my bff lives in a diff. coournty and resentlly her soo called friends over there were talking crap bout her and were being really REALLY snotty to her! Well i emailed them both and told them off with my friend here (she is also that girl's bff). Well i think that it got them into even a more fight and they h8 her even more now we apologized but now they are being really REALLY horrible to us!! What should we do????

Divorce

hey.. i have a VERRRY bad situation. My mom and dad are getting a divorce and i dont know what to do! Is it my fault? What can i do (if possible) to get them back together? i love my mom and my dad but when they yell and scream its hard for me to love either one of them.... plz plz plz help!! Everytime i think about it it makes me cry!!

Here is the thing, I have been a dancer for this is my 11th year. Ive been dancing at the same studio all my life and ive grown to know and love the place and the people associated with it. But there was a fire a few months ago in a building in the same plaza. Now the ceiling of the studio needs to be taken off. Now my teacher is looking for a new place to go. She found something but it requires fixing up and whatnot. Bottom line: What are some good, ORIGINAL, fundraisers we could do? Not selling candy bars. xO ali (toxic x babii x3)

tanning

okay i'm a redhead and i HATE having pale skin. i use a fake bake called "neutrogena gradual tanning lotion" and i really like the color it gives me but my back always seems to get messed up. no one at home can help me with it b/c the only one who could doesn't like me tanning and just got out of surgery. so how can i get my back a more smooth color instead of jagged. i already exfoiliate and use lotion before i apply the tanning lotion. either that, or a way to tan naturally without going to a tanning place and without getting a sunburn. i rate good.

I talked to my mother, and told her that my step-dad has no right to flunk me and all this other stuff, and she said she would think about letting me go on to highschool, isn't this bullshit? What should I do I mean I know my grades are good now but Harold says that he doesn't think I know everythimg i need to know for highschool, what do you think I should say to them I am so miserable, all I do is think about moving on to highschool with my hom gurls, and getting my hair done for the big Day Graduaction, man but if my grades are good doesn't that prove I know what I need to know to move on? please answer all the questions even though u might not undersatand them all oh yeah I'm in the eight grade

Sunburn

I have a sunburn on my forehead from a week ago. Now it's starting to peel, even though I put lotion on it everyday. Are there any creams I can put on it or something? Thanks so much! -Manders
