I have muscular legs.. but not like huge but like nice and i'm working on my arms but they are fine.. the only thing i don't like is my tummy fat and my fat cheeks... everyone in my family has chubby cheeks... but is there anyway for me to slim down around my waist and loose some fat in my cheeks

Friends Fading

It feels like me and my friend are getting farther apart... we are in 10th grade and we met when we were in 4th... we became like best friends in like around 8th... idk... she has been hanging out with diff ppl... her boyfriends friends and these older ppl... they smoke and drink and such... she wanted me to hang with her and them but i'm not like that... i use to drink and i have tried smoking but its w/e... her mom let's her go out with them and such... im scared one day something is going to happen... like she will get hurt and i didn't do anything to help her... like all if em or most of em drive and i'm scared that she will get into a car accident and i didn't tell her anything... she told me for her boyfriends b-day present she was go...

Recently my friends ex. dumped her b/f and wanted to go back out with my friend again (she dumped him for the other guy). He says he still likes her just a little bit but won't be with her again. He wants to be with me..but I'm scared that he'll dump me after a few weeks or so and go back to his ex. What should I do?!?!?!

Guilty as Charged

I went to a sleepover recently and got around three hours of sleep. The next day, my parents took me to a concert that they really wanted to go to, and it was terribly tiring for me, but I held through it. Suddenly, my mother decides to tell me that we are going to a dinner party, and I almost started crying because I was just so tired and I didn't want the guests to see me that way. Of course, I was stupid and decided to be moody and upset, and my mom gave me a lecture afterwards and told me that a lot of people at the party knew I was acting up, and the older girl at the party was being so sweet and nice even though she was probably tired too. I feel really guilty, even though I apologized to my mom, because these other people who saw me ...

every time i like some one and then they start to like me i dont' like them anymore... i dont know why but i think im afraid to fall in love because i went out with some one before and then he broke up with me and broke my heart and then thats when it all started.. i dont knwo if it's a case of really bad hard to get.. or i am scared.... i need help! :-(

Exercise/ nutrient

I want to gain more muscle and tone up my body. Already, i'm 5'3'', weigh 100 pounds and i am 13. I want to do exercises that will tone up my body in my areas of my arms, stomach(abs), butt, thighs and calves. I want to notice an extreme improvment in the next 5 weeks. I want an exercise that will tighten my butt and thighs extremly with out making them larger or look to musculer. For the stomach and arms, i want an exercise that tones my stomach fast and quick, along with my arms that won't decrease and burn off the fat on my breast. I'm also up for sertain healthy foods that will help!! Also, are there any foods out there, or herbs, that will make my breast larger? I'm only a 32AA. Thank-you for the help<3 0x0x

FASHION EMERGENCY! 4 gals and guys

In about 2 weeks I am going to a weeding with my boyfriend. I am wearing a black cute dress and pink heels and a pink choke necklace and a pink purse. I want to wear my hair cute though. I was just goin got wear it half up and half down and curl it and put little so called "Wisskers"in the front and wear some makeup and cute hoop earings.
Does this sound okay today girls?
And guys is this nice? or too weird?
My boyfriend is going to be in the weeding so he will be wearing a suit and bowtie so this isnt dressed up too fancy.

On May 17th im going to a plastic surgeon to get a mole removed from my cheek. Can anybody tell me what to expect? LIke whats the procedure that will take place adn what can i expect later? Scarring? and what i should do for the scarring?? thanks-- i rate!!

My two friends are in an argument over a dress. I know it's stupid, but it just needs to end.
My friend went to the mall on Friday night and got a dress. Then on Sunday, my other friend went and got the same exact dress, only she didn't know the first one had already gotten it. We feel that whoever got the dress first should have it. That's the way our grup of friends has always agreed on these things. The friend who got the dress second went back to the mall and returned it- but got the same dress in a different color. Now they're arguing over it, and who should rightfully have it. I believe the two of them should either suck it up and deal with it, or both just get a new dress and not even worry about this anymore. Any input?
