I want to gain more muscle and tone up my body. Already, i'm 5'3'', weigh 100 pounds and i am 13. I want to do exercises that will tone up my body in my areas of my arms, stomach(abs), butt, thighs and calves. I want to notice an extreme improvment in the next 5 weeks. I want an exercise that will tighten my butt and thighs extremly with out making them larger or look to musculer. For the stomach and arms, i want an exercise that tones my stomach fast and quick, along with my arms that won't decrease and burn off the fat on my breast. I'm also up for sertain healthy foods that will help!! Also, are there any foods out there, or herbs, that will make my breast larger? I'm only a 32AA. Thank-you for the help<3 0x0x
duckyfernanda answered Wednesday May 4 2005, 5:07 pm: To gain more muscle, you WILL gain weight. Muscle weighs more than weight but then again, you would have the muscles you always wanted. You can't do anything about your chest...it just takes time. There is no fat on your breast...it is tissue...if you lost all the fat in your breasts then you would be as flat as a piece of paper. Don't be so hard on yourself. You are only 13. Puberty doesn't come for some until they are 15. Give yourself time. RATE ME PLEASE! Hope I helped. ~*~mAdDiE~*~ [ duckyfernanda's advice column | Ask duckyfernanda A Question ]

If you want to tone your body muscles, but not look to muscular, then you use a weight that is comfortable and do repetative movement. To build muscles you use heavy weights that become difficult to lift by the 8th rep, but then you lift at least two more time to feel the burn. So you can use something like cans of beans, if you don't have any hand weights. I can't explain here all the exercises that you should be doing. It would take to long and it is better to look at pictures try ediets.com on the web. they have sections on exercises and have pictures and info on diet. To gain muscle tone you need to eat protein. If you don't like meat you can try soy or wheat protein shakes. Chicken and turkey are good also. They all won't add fat. But you do need some fat in order to grow, and to form breast, and you also need calcium. Which you can find in cheese and in green leafy vegetables. But get started and work out at least four times a week and in five weeks you should see a difference.
