Michele answered Tuesday May 3 2005, 8:49 pm: Yes, I think there is. Pick up a copy of the book. Fat to muscle diet. It tells you how to cut fat out of your life. the extra inches on your tummy and face are just fat. I went on this diet and lost 45 lbs. and it was mostly fat. I have a tummy to, and I lost it, (wish I could say it was still gone, but hey, I'm 52, so I just cut myself some slack. I don't look bad for my age though, just got back into the gym myself) Anyway. this diet says no more than 10 grams of fat per day in your diet. read labels, find out which foods do not contain fat and eat all you want of those. So that means no cheese, no red meat, no icecream, no cookies, no chips the only thing I snacked on was pretzels, and low fat popcorn. I switched to skim milk, and ended up liking it. and ate lots of fruits and veggies. It actually improved my health. because it was a balance diet. Salads, but no dressing, or fat free dressing. NO ice cream but you can have popsicles. Low fat or no fat yogurt. Try it, and see what happens.
texangirl01 answered Tuesday May 3 2005, 7:39 pm: running will reduce the size or your waste dramatically!!! and your chubby cheeks will just eventually come off with exercise. sit ups will also help reduce the size of your waste and at the same time firm up your abs!
