Toning up?

I have big thighs/butt.
What are some good ways to tone them up?

I ran a mile and a half everyday last summer, and that didn't have much of an affect on my upper legs.

im almost 16, (less than a month) and i am 5'5" and weigh 160lbs. i really hate the way i look and i just want to lose a lot of weight. im even considering anorexia. this has been an ongoing problem in my life. i hate being fat. any advice would help.

Feet

Is it true that your feet structure is designed only for a specific shoe? Because the other day I had gym class and my right foot got swollen in a certain area that made me unable to walk for a while. My mom said it was because I didn't have the proper shoe on but I wore the same shoes I wore for gym last year and my feet didn't get swollen or anything but this year only my right foot did. My feet are sort of arched-like so does that mean I can only wear arched-like shoes? I wear converses which are flat but now my mom is yelling at me for wearing them because they are not proper normal walking shoes but when I bought them it had one of those lil tags attached to it containing a little piece of history about the shoe. It said that converses...

losing weight before december.

hi, i'm 16 and about 5'8 and 170 lbs. my legs are really toned, but my arms and stomach are nothing but flab, gross! i've been out of cheerleading for a year now, and i've gotten so out of shape. i'd love to get into shape by thanksgiving and now since the weather's changing (i live in texas) working out seems easier to do now. does anyone have any eating tips or working out tips so i can lose some fat???

Football

I play football for my high school, im one of the better freshman lineman, my probleam is i weigh to little. im about 175 but alot of the kids are over 200. im mostly muscle and id like to keep it that way, how can i increase weight to around 200 but not put on fat

Leg muscles

My leg muscles are massive but theres a little fat around it too. I'm about .3 into the "overweight" BMI category, so I've got some fat. I was wondering is there's anyway to burn the fat on my legs without building anymore muscles, or if there's anyway to lose some of the muscle on my legs? I'd be so grateful.
By the way I'm female.

Alright, Im f 16 5'5 145lbs. IM NOT FAT.. && I know Im not.. But I have like I wanna baby fat that I have from tearing my ACL a year ago, and not doing anything untill now, Basketball. Im built small, but im strong and thats where I get most my weight.
I dont care about the weight. But that little fat I have from not doing anything. You can really see it when I sit and I have pants on, and hangs out. Everyone does, but I dont like mine, It never use to be there. Now Im not suppose to be sickly skinny, but skinny. What good healthy girls look like. I have big boobs a small stomach, but that little fat.
I told you all that so you dont think Im crying about this little fat I have and Im sickly skinny. Bc Im not.....

Okay to start out i've had this dream for a long time now. Ever since I got my height! I want to be a model. Recently I lost a very special uncle. He also told me that we were going to move away and he was going to be my agent. He alwas made me have this hope that I could do so. Now that hes passed away I really want to do this, not only for me but for him. I have a problem though. My body has well.. been down in the dumps. I weigh 156 lbs, I'm 5'10 and a 1/2, and i have D's. It seems like I have no wheel power to exercise or lose weight. I don't know what to do. I also have a thick frame.. I'm skinny but wide. anyone have any tips on how to make my frame smaller or how i can lose weight? I don't care if its healthy or unhealthy. I just don...

Getting Rid of Tummy Flub

I'm not one to be too concerned about my figure- seriously, I don't care if I don't have a bikini bod, and hardly ever watch what I eat too closely. But recently (last few months or so) my stomach has gotten pretty flabby. I'm also beginning to get more concerned about my health...so of course, I should eat more veggies, grains, protein, etc.. But As a health and fitness concern, what exersizes can I do to tone my stomach? A flabby stomach is hardly a sign of good health. Thanks

I have alot of acne and im a pretty girl but when i look in the mirr my face looks worse and all red and i want it gone i look soo bad with it i odnt know what to do is there anything i can fine or do i cant go the the doctors im poor idk what is there like to find around the house or drink or what please help me
