i really need to know a good way to get rid of love handles and arm fat and legs... and please don't just tell me workout and eat healthy.. i do eat healthy and workout already on a daily bases... i need CORE workouts for those areas. so please help.

The problem is that core workouts for those areas will not get rid of the fat. You cannot spot reduce fat, so the only correct answer (hate it if you will), is eat healthy and exercise.

If you are eating smart, and you are exercising, and you are not losing weight, that means you are eating too much. Decrease you calories (of course maintain 5 small balanced meals a day, etc.) or increase your exercise level until you begin to lose weight.

All humans work the same way. A muscle does not own the fat around it, so exercising it will not reduce fat percentage from a specific area. All it will do is train the muscle, making it stronger and bigger.
