how do you get rid of a double chin?? idk what to do! its not that bad but whenever i move my head i get one and its really ugly! i think it might be just baby fat or something. please give any advice possible thanks guys<3

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? casiababyy answered Tuesday October 23 2007, 4:22 pm: i know this sounds stupid, but it really works. once, i was at a friends house and me and her mom were talking, i told her that i didnt think i was fat, because im very really skinny but i thought i had a double chin. she said not really but if i wanted to get rid of it all i had to do was kiss the sky. so.. tilt up your head so your nose is upward, and then just kiss really hard. like poke out your lips. [i suggest not doing this in public, you would look kind of weird :p]

**Exercise. I suggest aerobic exercises such as running and cycling.
**I once read chewing gum will help.
**Cut out fatty foods and fizzy drinks.
