gluteus flexing what are good exercises that i can do to make my butt bigger. i'm not even kidding i barely have a but, it's more like, that flat spot below my waist. so yeah i heard exercising that muscle would help but what exercises do that?

hey! I know a couple good exercises to target your gluteus. For one, lunges are great. Do lunge forward and then push back. As you get better, use 3 lb dumbells to give you extra resistance. Squats are good also. If you go to the gym a really good machine to use is the Butt Blaster. You basically get on your knees, and push one leg up against the weight of the machine. Kind of hard to explain, but just ask someone about it. Eat a healthy diet of protein and good fat! Hope that helps :) ]
eat some foods wit carbs in it or protein and flex your but --dude you dont have to exercise! just flex you but cheeks!!!! or walk alot ]
