Additional info, added Sunday October 28 2007, 7:59 pm: if it helps, I'm 15/f and around 140 pounds, and around 5'4. My butt and thighs are big, but they are a little jiggly. Can I turn that fat into muscle?. Want to answer more questions in the Health & Fitness category? Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? Serene answered Sunday October 28 2007, 10:33 pm: Sure you can!! try doing excercises that specifically target your trouble area, squats and pelvic lifts are especially good, along with lunges and if your up for it, a little bit of pilates!! pilates moves are free on the internet by the way, if your up for a little researching, so costs are completely non-exsistent! also, try cutting a bit on fats and sugars, since fat tends to be stored around the buttock, stomach and thigh area and sugar is just bad in big doses, and you should be on your way!! :D:D [ Serene's advice column | Ask Serene A Question ]
Thief answered Sunday October 28 2007, 8:49 pm: do about 30 squats, some leg exercises. Also hindu push ups, it's when you arms legs on the flor, and spread your legs out a lil. then in a scooping motion move yourself up and down. Kinda hard to explain but just look up hindu pushups. hope this helps [ Thief's advice column | Ask Thief A Question ]
