I have big thighs/butt.
What are some good ways to tone them up?

Sure you can!! try doing excercises that specifically target your trouble area, squats and pelvic lifts are especially good, along with lunges and if your up for it, a little bit of pilates!! pilates moves are free on the internet by the way, if your up for a little researching, so costs are completely non-exsistent! also, try cutting a bit on fats and sugars, since fat tends to be stored around the buttock, stomach and thigh area and sugar is just bad in big doses,and you should be on your way!! :D:D


ok, so in 2 weeks its my friends bithday and we are going swimming, but shes invited a whole bunch of guys (and they are all hot lol) im average size, but my thighs, butt, and love handles are all like uh..not that skinnyyyy, so it doesnt look that great when im wearing a bathing suit, so are there some exercises that i could do that at least make it a little skinnier in 2 weeks??? i know its kindof short notice, but i dont want to go there and feel that im the biggest one there (even though i probably wont be but whatever thats what i always think..) could you answer A.S.A.P pleaseee..?/

First of all chill... cliche i know, but everyone is beautiful in their own way!! ;D, a really fast way to tone up those loose areas are pelvic lifts, 4 groups of twenty each night, the last set with one leg extended, alternate legs. Also, cut down on the fat and sugar for a while, walk alot and drink heaps of water!! also try doing lunges, and squats...good luck! :D:D

Yes it is offensive! generally people find things boring if they just arent "clicking" with wateva is goin on...however, there are days that are just plain boring!! but no person is boring, just different is all. If you feel that a little self-reconstruction is in order try "7 habbits for Highly Efficient Teens" by Sean Covey... its a good one! ;D


I use Q-Tips a lot, because I don't like to think that there is any gross stuff in my ears, and I heard that if you use Q-Tips too much, you can get ear infections. How often is too often to use them? How many times a day should I use them? Once? Twice? I use them once to twice a day, and I'm afraid that I'll get an ear infection if I use them too much, but I don't know when I shouldn't use them. (link)
Ears are designed to clean out themselves buddi! so take a break from the q-tips, and let your ears do their job! ask if you wish to know more on how the ear cleanses itself...:D:D:D

well first you should think about whether or not you REALLY need to do it, then weigh up the pro's and con's of doing it, what'll happen if you dont or do do it!! and when you finally gt through that, just sticking to it is what most of us human people hav 2 do!! :D
