thighs, love handles, buttt ok, so in 2 weeks its my friends bithday and we are going swimming, but shes invited a whole bunch of guys (and they are all hot lol) im average size, but my thighs, butt, and love handles are all like uh..not that skinnyyyy, so it doesnt look that great when im wearing a bathing suit, so are there some exercises that i could do that at least make it a little skinnier in 2 weeks??? i know its kindof short notice, but i dont want to go there and feel that im the biggest one there (even though i probably wont be but whatever thats what i always think..) could you answer A.S.A.P pleaseee..?/

First of all chill... cliche i know, but everyone is beautiful in their own way!! ;D, a really fast way to tone up those loose areas are pelvic lifts, 4 groups of twenty each night, the last set with one leg extended, alternate legs. Also, cut down on the fat and sugar for a while, walk alot and drink heaps of water!! also try doing lunges, and squats...good luck! :D:D ]
girl , iv been there , said that , tryed that ; D0ESNT workk . i had the same trouble i didnt like my thighs love handles or butt . but let me tell you a lotta girls are probly wanting your body because their's are too small . be proud of them because its wat makes you up , i have my days where i lift my shirt up and grab my sides , slap my thighs and think of my buttt . but you dont wanna lose those :) you dont nneed to change your self because you wanan look better . be happy you look the way you do :)
