my retainer (for my teeth) on the bottom, has jabbing into my lower pallet (gums on the bottom that cover the back ok my teeth. well a part of my gums has this huge bump now, and it hurts soooo bad, i can't even wear my retainer, because if I do it wll only press against the bump more, and make it bigger. PLEASE help me and tell me what this could be, I know i need a new retainer badly, because this one's too small. but i want to know what this weird painful, large bump on my gums is. THANKS!

no . it deff wont show with in a week . but BECARFUL with the way you react because i got scared one time about being preg . do not freak out and stress over it because you can TRiCK yourself into thinkin you have to symptoms . it haappend to me and my friends . i was so worried about me throwing up and soar boobs . when the next week i startedd :) [ just to let you know ] everytime you do it , it messes with your period . so its probley just a little late .

i went through the same thing . i got little red bumps on the upper part & it soemtimes iched . but before you shavee it . let the hairs atleast get a little longer , because the shorter the hairs thats just the deeper the blade is gonig to have to go , & make sure its totaly covered with soap . it soothes the skin and makes it a lot easier :)

ok, so in 2 weeks its my friends bithday and we are going swimming, but shes invited a whole bunch of guys (and they are all hot lol) im average size, but my thighs, butt, and love handles are all like uh..not that skinnyyyy, so it doesnt look that great when im wearing a bathing suit, so are there some exercises that i could do that at least make it a little skinnier in 2 weeks??? i know its kindof short notice, but i dont want to go there and feel that im the biggest one there (even though i probably wont be but whatever thats what i always think..) could you answer A.S.A.P pleaseee..?/

girl , iv been there , said that , tryed that ; D0ESNT workk . i had the same trouble i didnt like my thighs love handles or butt . but let me tell you a lotta girls are probly wanting your body because their's are too small . be proud of them because its wat makes you up , i have my days where i lift my shirt up and grab my sides , slap my thighs and think of my buttt . but you dont wanna lose those :) you dont nneed to change your self because you wanan look better . be happy you look the way you do :)

one of my bffs grandpa died. his grandpa was the only person he could really trust. i know how it is because i cant trust anybody because i only wanted my grandpa and he died. and my bff cried his eyes out on the bus. ive never seen him cry before. he left in the middle of school to go across the country to his grandpas funeral. my family got a big thing of flowers for him to be givin to them at the funeral home. i just dont know what to do. i dont want him to end up like me. i lost all i could ever trust and now he did and when i did i went straight downhill. cutting depression i changed my friends and clothes and music. he cant stand when i dress like that but hes ok with it. on the bus he would only talk to me and our friend. we talked the whole time. but i made him happier. i just cant stand it hes all ive been thinking of for the past week and i havent heard from him or his family. im worried and when he gets back i dont know. i dont want him to end up like me. were just like eachother but our taste in clothes music and people are just the oppasite but we dont build trust easily to anyone and ive known him my whole life. ive been crying about this and hes all i think about. i dont know what to do. i mean i understand you dont want him to be liek you , but honestly theres really nothing you can do [ at this moment ] ya know . all you CAN do is just remind him of how great of a friend he is to you , and you'll always be there . sometimes the most appriciated thing for you to do to a friend is let them have some time trying to gather them self's back together adn relocated them selfs . space is hard to do , but you gotta let them come to you with somethings , just ya know let him know you care and youll be his back bone , hope i heLped :)

I'm generally a healthy person, average weight, happy, physically active. However, I'm always tired. I eat right and get about 6-8 hours of sleep each night, but it never fails.
