okay so...i was with this guy for like almost 6 months. i broke up with him cuz he was always lying to me and hurting me. i gave him 3 chances and after that i was done. that wasnt the only reason i broke up with him... i also starting talking to and getting along with other guys. it was hard. ever since then for the past month he has called me everyday like 5 times a day telling me he misses me and wants me to take him back and that he loves me and needs me and wants me. and i have tried to explain to him that like i basically need to move on. like when him and i were together he seemed so perfect... and now that he and i are juss friends... well he is kinda annoying and weird. =/ but then hes like its okay i will wait for you. and im like...

Torn between family and moving

Ok,
Heres my situation. I work for the family business and my girlfriend lives approx 600 miles away. To make a long story short, we lived together before out of state away from home, but our relationship fell through, so I moved back home. We began talking a year later and we are both more mature ( I am roughtly 30) and ready for a serious relationship. We are happy together, but... I am supposed to inherit the family business, and if I leave, the business will be closed, and my father will take this fairly hard. I am close to my family, Ive always put family first. I've been hangin with this girl I like for a few months, she's said she likes me, and I sorta made our last hangout a date. But she's just told me she really likes me, but she's not sure she wants a relationship right now, and is afraid to lose our friendship.
She might be a little guilty cause her mom has had a real rough go of relationships lately, but I don't know.

How long should you wait after hooking up with a guy and not recieving a phone call before deciding if he's used you or not? Sorry if that was a little confusing to understand, but it's been a week now and im not sure if i should just forget about him and move on, i really just can't stop thinking about him and i know after having sex the guy should at least call if he cares about the girl at all right? i mean if he dosent.. does that mean he has no feelings for her whatsoever?

Ok so this guy (who is now a senior, "Ben") and I (now a sophomore) have been on/off for the last 6 months. In January, we met at school, and we liked each other, but I stopped liking him after I found out he was a player and crap. Me and my one guy friend have been best friends for a good three or four years now, and it's been great. We never fight, we're always there for eachother, and we always have alot of fun and a really good time together.
This is basically one of those "both on-and-off like eachother" scenarios. He'd like me, ask me out, I'd ask to be just friends. Time'd pass, I'd start crushing on him a bit, and never say anything and he'd get a girlfriend, I'd move on. my mom and dad are really strict. they dont want me dating or staying out with friends (guys or girls) till one in the morning.
but my bf (my parents dnt know he is) wants to go to vegas with me for 3-4 days. he already bought the tickets and its for august.
i want to go but what lie could i tell my parents so they let me go without them knowing im going to vegas and with a guy.

my boyfriend of 8+ months, just recently told me last night that he needed 'space' we both were crying our eyes out, and everything was so depressing. i saw it coming because of all the fights we've been having, and things between us just don't feel the same. he says he needs until the end of the week to decide things for himself. we're still dating, but we don't talk anymore. and we won't for the rest of the week. i'm completely crushed. i can't eat or even think straight. i don't know what to do. i just keep crying. what am i supposed to think? are our chances of getting back together good? i just need opinions :(

well, i would love to be with my ex, but i know its never going to happen. i miss him everyday but he doesnt want me anymore. we dated for almost 2 years and he broke up with me. he came back to me about 3 times telling me how he was sorry and hes just been confused. but about a month ago he broke up with me when he found out his mom was going to die soon.. and i tried really hard to get him back but he said he just doesnt like me anymore. and about a week later his mom died and since then he barely will talk to me. i told him how much i love him and how i wanted to be there for him but he told me to just leave him alone and move one.. im not sure if its just because of his mom or if he really just doesnt want me. its hard because hes done ...

Lately my b.f has been taking me for granted. Losing the little things he used to do for me when we first started dating. I just came back from being away for 2 weeks and i got sick on return. Okay so here is the story.
I have been dating the same guy since I have been a teenager. We have been dating for 9 years. I just moved in with him. I really cannot complain about our relationship. The only thing is we are complete opposites. Just sometimes I wish I could know what it would be like with someone else. The only problem is, is that I am afraid to give him up.
So the problem is that I have been in a band for a year. I really like one of my band mates. We have a lot in common and we flirt really bad with one another. There is an obvious attraction here.
