I could probably answer my own advice, but I want someone else's opinion.It started 3 years ago when I was 16. After my boyfriend and I broke up I started downing myself alot. I felt I let the situation go out of control and I had always since my childhood let others get the best of me and control me, I think around the time my boyfriend and I broke up I developed my eating disorder. I have also had other problems like with cutting, trichillomania, anxiety, and depression. I am like a VERY nervous person and it's hard to control my moods and all. Everyday is a struggle to be perfect sometimes i just wish i could cure this disorder and move on and know that being thin isnt everything, but when I see someone thinner than me or someone on tv I...

ok my boyfriend and i have been going out for 2 years and he thinks im going to leave him. everyone hes gotten close to has left him but i never will. i dont know how to make him see that i wont. i love him way to much and if i was going to leave him then i would have when he lied to me about something. but its also getting me nervous because i dont know if he wants to take a break or anything, and i dont want to ask because im afraid of his answer. what should i do? please help. i rate.

Belly Button Piercing

I'm getting my belly button pierced either today or tomorrow and I'm really kinda freaked out. Some people tell me it dosen't hurt at all and some people tell me it hurts like hell. Is it different for everybody? Has anyone gotten their belly button pierced and they piercer got it crooked or something? Thanks!

I have really good pitch and I have good vocal technique, but I'm a horrible sightsinger! Can anyone here help me with rhythms? In particular, difficult rhythms with 32nd notes and 16th notes and be able to just look at it and sing it?

Limiting the Advice We Can Give?

This is the first question I've asked on here. I've answered a few questions, but this is the first I've asked. Here it is: It seems to me like people wanting advice should accept what's offered and "take it or leave it." I've read so many questions that end with, "and don't tell me to ______ because of _______." Not a problem. If people don't want certain types of advice (i.e. silly, stupid, sarcastic, etc.) then that would be fine. But what it seems to be most of the time is a legitimate answer. If someone is having a problem with something, doesn't it make sense to explore all options? It seems to me that some people (not the majority by any means) have something they want to hear and won't accept anything but that. Am I alone in this thought?

My mom is really riding my case about getting a part time job since I am planning to wed next year. I would have a job if I didnt have 18 hours this semester. that is a lot of responsiblity. Its not like this will push the wedding back It would just get me more details on my big day. I want her to back off but she is my mom how do I tell her?22/f
