Is it illegal if both are willing?

Hi there. If I wanted to have sex with my 17-year-old boyfriend of 3 years (I am 14) and he was not forcing me or bothering me with the question (actually it was me who wanted to) is it wrong?
Is it illegal if both the 17 year old and the 14 year old are BOTH consenting?
DISCLAIMER: Even though I used myself as an example, I am not saying that i plan on having sex yet! I promise!

Puberty: My period and swimming WITHOUT tampons?

I jut got my period today but it's my first tIme and I'm going to California this summer and I'm gonna be in the water a lot and i dont know what to if I get my period there and I'm scared to use tampons so I don't know what to do other than tell my friend about it or wear black bathing suit bottoms.
Please give me some advice I need some soon cuz I'm leaving soon!!!

Does this sound like an STD?

So... Here goes. So I used to date this boy... Who is in a few grades above me (I'm fourteen.) We had been dating for a few months, and I gave him head about three times, and he has fingered me. I haven't had my period in two months, but I've been regular since about twelve. And I have been very tired for the last week, and I've been feeling sick and queasy every morning for about two weeks. Those are the symptoms of pregnancy, but I have never gone all the way, and what I'm describing doesn't sound like any STD or STI Ive heard of. If it helps, I'm taking ADD meds, if that could have anything to do with it. Thank you in advance for advice!

What to do to make your butt smaller?

Hi. Im a 14 year old tall girl who has a big butt that never stops growing. I'm sick of guys pointing out my butt to me, even though it doesn't really bother me, it just gets annoying when they're always staring at it. It's disrespectful, and I don't like it. This isn't really the reason I want to make it smaller though. It's just an extra. The reason is that I love skinny jeans and when I try them on in the stores, they're fine, even kind of loose, but when I wear them about a month later, I either;
1) Notice that they are getting tighter and tighter by the day (and no, it's not because if the dryer)
2) Notice they don't close when I actually get them up, or
3) See that they no longer fit since my legs are STILL growin...

I have been sleeping with this guy for 5years now the ladt tim being 4 days ago.when we first started he was on the outs with his on again off again girlfriend of 10 years he has had 2 other serious relationships and I have had one and two kids but we always manage to hook up.hes dating and living with his girl and we have been having sex more now than ever im single and I think I love him although we have never said it to each other.he never calls unless hooking up no bday valentines or mothers day reconition how do I get over him how does he see me?

Why do a lot of white people hate immigrants coming into their countries?

Was it right for white people in the past to claim ownership of land from Native Americans, Africans, Australian Aborgines, Indians, etc? If you're white and live in the Americas, Australia, or any other colonized country, do you see that as okay, as those other groups didn't have immigration laws, even though land was forcefully taken away from them? Even if you live in Europe, many European countries benefited from their colonies, so it has affected you positively.
Also, what made Europeans move out of Europe in the first place? In a country like America, many Europeans came who were facing persecution in Europe, to pursue a better life. If you can be sympathe...

I don't honestly know what to do. This guy made me feel really special, and it wasn't just in a friend way, he would use the words beautiful, babe and much more. I really fell for him & when I told him... He stopped texting me, he would ignore my messages because obviously he would of read them. He still acknowledges me whenever I see him, like with a smile. But avoids the question whenever I tell him how I feel (I've told him more than once) but it seems like I'm not getting anywhere. Hi. so long story short, about a month ago a guy who had always been chasing after me convinced me to sleep with him (I was drunk, and it was a terrible mistake as he had his way with me and deleted me from his life) anyway, I pointed out I didn't want to do anything as he didn't have a condom and offered instead I'd give him a blowjob since he threatened to never speak to me again. That escalated to sex but I made him stop fairly soon. The same thing happened again about a week later unfortunately.
Anyway, I got told I had Chlamydia after getting checked about 2 weeks ago and I took the treatment for that so that SHOULD be gone now.
My concern is HIV, as I know he sleeps around and presumably he never uses a condom :/...

My puppy has a swollen Vulva; how can I soothe her?

Hi there.
I have a 8 month old 'Teacup' yorkie, and her vulva is swollen, very badly.
I'm aware that she's starting to go in heat; and after talking with her Vet; I'm going to wait ti'll after her 21 day cycle, to get her fixed (due to complications, excess blood, ect while in heat)
But the question I'm wanting to know, is how can I soothe her? I know how I feel when I'm on my period; and I know they aren't SIMILAR; But I also know she is going to be anxious and stressed; and I would like to know how can I make it easy for her, becasue it'll be her first.
Her vagina is swollen pretty badly; and every time I touch it to make sure she isn't bleeding yet, she freaks out and starts cry...

Is there a law in Iowa that says you have to disclose an STD?

I have proof that my husband knowingly got infected with an STD from an affair and did not disclose disease to me and I unknowingly contracted it from him. Is there a law for the state of Iowa that states the he has a legal responsibility to disclose that to any sexual partners? I ask because now we are going through divorce and I need to know what legal grounds I have against him and if he broke the law.

i have been cutting myself since my mom would not let me see my dad(alittle over 2 years).
i have not told anyone,but am considering telling my bf. we have been going out for 5 months and i knoow he will go beserck saying *why havent you told me before*.
i know he will say this cause he is very protective over me.
please help i dont know what to do, lately i have been useing a very dull and small knife,all it does is leave a red mark on me for about 4 hours.
and i want to use a sharp knife, i have willed myself to stay away from sharp knives so i dont get the temtation.

I am a 21/f and "Joe" is a 24/m. We have been dating about 3 and a half years now. When we started dating, I was 2 months pregnant. My friend had sex and now she's a little over a month late for her period. She said she took a pregnancy text and it was negative but plans to take another. What's going on? I'm convinced she's pregnant and then I also suggested she could be stressed. Any ideas? we're both 17.
