i started my period about 2 months ago. my vagina is changing..is that normal? if so what changes are normal????

I just moved into Halls a few days ago and whilst the people in my building are very nice, they're all older than me. So far (there are a few more people to come but none of them are freshers) everyone is either a 2nd or 3rd year and most of them will only be here for 1 semester. None of them are doing my course either.
I'm only just 18 (birthday in July) and they're all at least 20. I know I'll meet the other 1st years on my course but a little diversity would be nice. And I don't fancy living in a deserted building for half the year.
Is this normal? I thought it was almost only Fresher's who got places in halls. What do you suggest I do?

How do you meet decent honest guys aged 37-42?

Im a single woman (no kids - one dog) recently moved to the area, dont know anyone here. How do I go about meeting Mr Right? How can I actually meet someone who is Genuine, honest, kind, honerable, intelligent with a sense of humour?
Ive tried online dating sites but nothing has come of that. I dont like to go out on my own.
Ive been told that Im attractive, funny, kind, caring, intelligent but if anything that seems to put guys off.
Im not desperate to find a partner - infact Id rather be on my own than go out with someone just for the sake of it. Its just that it would be nice to settle down at some point in time.
Any advice would be helpful

Ok my best friend know i like her and when we talk about the boys she likes i sometimes ask her "but what are looking for in a guy" she tells me now somtime in the the conversation she always says seriously "Well maybe one day i will just go out w/ you"(something along those lines anyways) Now is she hinting something to me(she has clearly satated she has no crushy feelings for me. so what does this mean.

OK I know there's a lot of guy questions out there but one more wouldn't hurt. My crush said hi to me this morning and he looked back to smile at me. I think it was because I had makeup on and my hair looked nice for a change. But I want things to move faster. I wanna be able to talk to him but I don't want to make a total fool of myself. I know exactly where he hangs out too. How do I talk to him without making a total fool of myself? 15/F

For the record I have been kissed many times, and have had a boy friend (if you want to call him that) before.
I can't help but wish I could find a guy that would like me for me and would always be with me. Yes, I realise this is most girls dream but I can't stop thinking about it.
I have a huge crush on guy that works at the local grocery store but I think he thinks I'm older... (I tend to get told I look older then I really am) I have a couple other crushes but the guys are younger then me. Like 2 years younger.

If a guy talks to you a lot mostley in class and somtimes out, does everthing you ask him to do nicley like put away or get you somthing, or passes notes to you when hes infront of you does that mean he likes you I hope?

Hi Everyone...
My best friend is turning 16 this weekend...(i am 17) and she is coming to my house friday night (leaving sat)...I moved about a year ago and dont get to see her very often at all...
I need some ideas to surprise her for her birthday...i am 17 and can drive us anywhere... so i need some good ideas of what to do for her, i dont mean gifts...i mean what can we do...something special friday night for her sweet 16...something unique...
not like dinner or movie...but something special and i cant think of anything...

Conclusions and questions.

So I've come to the conclusion that I'm not very ugly, I'm just okay looking. My problem is that I'm so terribly shy with people I don't feel 100% comfortable around. And this is really affecting how people see me. I had 1 boyfriend a few months ago that I met at a show but got to know onlne, and online I'm really outgoing and talkative and charming because I have the whole internet to shield me. This is why it worked for a while and we went out and had fun and all that good stuff. Now if I could just open up and be myself around guys I see every day, maybe I could get somebody. How can I do this? Please help.

my friend needs serious help and I don't know what to say

Okay. So my friend was going out with a girl. He really likes her. A whoooole lot. Both of their parents won't let them see eachother anymore becasue they think his x gf needs to get herself together before she can see anyone. My friend has really been into the wrong stuff, like drugs, pills, smoking, all that, and he finally has done community service and is done with it. He told me he was clean. But I just asked him and all of the sudden he told me everything and said he's not and he needs help and he dosn't know what to do and he needs some one to help him because he can't deal with it on his own, because usually he just takes pills or something. I just started a new highschool & met a really nice boy named Matt. I got his AIM screename & we talk online. At my old school I just dated whoever was nice to me, and I would date them after only knowing them for like 2 days. I want to be different in this situation, I want to get to know Matthew a lot before I make a full decision on whether or not I should date him. He seems dateable. He's super nice to me & I like him a lot, I'm just NOT that sure.
I feel really awkward around him, my mouth gets all dry & I just shake, and get all nervous. I'm guessing these are signs I like him of course. But how can I stop them? It's making me mad, I just want to be able to feel totally comfortable around him. =D

ok im 15/f and i know this guy that liked me ALOT!! and now apperantly he doesnt like me anymore, he likes this other girl that he sees more than me. but today i saw him and we hung out sort of and he was always looking and smiling at me. im wondering if he still likes me. or if he doesnt. please help in any way possible!! i rate high for GOOD answers!!
