The Water is Mine!

My family has owned our place for sixteen years. We had to build it up from scratch- log it, drill well/power, build a house. My local county authorities have started a mandatory water meter program, in which it will become illegal NOT to have a water meter. I think the idea behind a meter is so that eventually we can be charged for water use. HOWEVER- we drilled the well and put it in and maintain it by ourselves...
So my questions to you are thusly:
1) Do you think it is right/legal/okay to be charged by someone else for water on your land that you tapped into and that YOU maintain?

Okay, my best friend kelli was dating this guy mark for a good 4-5 months. Mark broke up with her about early October. Well, even though i was mad he dumped her, me and him still stayed close friends. and so did him and kelli. now kelly is dating this guy named adam. anyways, all of a sudden, mark started being really flirty with me lately.. and people told me he likes me. and the thing is, i like him too. but the other thing is, kelli is not over mark at all! she has a lot of feelings for him still but i dont think thats fair to adam at all. but today when i told her i kind of liked mark, she freaked out on me. and now i feel really bad and im not sure what to do.

My friend and I like the same guy and she made out with him in front of em so I was kind of mad but I got over it because I went and talked to her ex boyfriend.He got all mad at her because he said that was wrong of her to do that to me.But I told him I was over it and he is still mad and now she cant figure out why.Any advice on how she can talk to him with out getting him even madder.Ill rate high

Ok im 14 and a girl and i really need help.

Hi,
I am 19, blonde and VERY pale. I consequentially can't find any decent colours of make-up - if I wear anything too pale, I look wishy-washy as I already have fair hair and skin. If I wear anything darker, I look gothic and I have nothing against goths but that's not what I'm going for :) Does anyone have any suggestions for some natural-looking make-up? Or some colours that may work? I have grey eyes, if that helps.

P.S. This has to be suitable for work, as I am a nanny and don't want to scare the children in my charge lol! On the other hand, some ideas for going-out make-up would be good too :)

ok i no my mom is not a child abuser or anything but the thing is she curses at me a lot like says for no reason sometimes when she thinks i am acting self absorbed she will say things like you f*** b*****. how do you know if a guy would be a good father?

I have a question about men. I want to have children some day but havent found the right guy yet. When I do find a guy that I like, what are some signs that could tell me whether or not he would make a good father?
Also, is it a bad sign if the man is already in his mid 40's and has never had any children? Is there still a chance he might want kids at that age? I am 26 and know a guy that is 45 and I think he likes me, but he has never had kids.
