deleting all my information off of computer

i just got a new laptop and im giving my old pc to my computer. I want to delete EVERYTHING off of it so it is like a new computer. I've done this before with this "Restore CD" for my e-Machine computer except this time its not working. So now everytime i turn it on it just says "A disk read error occured Press cntrl+alt+delete to restart. I did that on it already and the saME thing keeps coming up. Theres so cd's in the drives so i dont know why its doing this! So can someone tell me what to do about the message and then tell me how to delete everything on my computer? ok sry this is so long....i have like 9 rele rele rele good friends and their all like my sisters....the other day i found out one of them was cutting herself and i was afraid that would scare other people and make them come out and say they did too. i know thats normal in teenagers but it hurts sooo bad knowing that one of my best friends cut themselves...last nite me and one of my other best friends got into a fight and i knew it was gonna b bad but not this bad...she came out and told everyone she cut herself last nite....but it seems to be for a different reason. sometimes this person does things for attention like making her own problems. she was showing everyone today at school and some people think its just for attention. so today a...

i am going for my permit on friday, and i have driven once before, but it was in a cemetery, so it was slow...
is driving as hard as it seems?

Ok well I'm 15/F and really shy. I mean when people hear me speak they're like, "ohmygawd I've never heard her speak before" and I've been at this school for like, a year and a half.
I've never had a boyfriend or anything and I can honestly say that more than half of my year at school are in a relationship and it makes me sad 'cos I'm not one of them. Not that I want a boyfriend just 'cos everyone else has one or anything. :|

Okay, I know this might seem weird, but it makes sense to me.
Everyone in my family is doing extremely well with their financial needs. We all live pretty comfortably. But, every family has suffered to get where they are.
And I mean EVERY single family.
My aunt from my mom's side, and her family started getting rich about 15 years ago. Once they started racking in all the money, she was diagnosed with kidney cancer. She might not live for another year.
My Uncle from my mom's side always owned his own auto repair business and has always been making an above average salary. But, a few months ago he decided to open another shop across town, since his original one was doing so good....

I love giving advice and havemade a couple of advice websites myself but they never suceed.That's why I joined this site;so I could give advice.I think it's something I'm good at and I'm not really that good at most things I do.Ilove this site because you can ask anonymous questions aswel as choose which questions you answer or not.I still want to be with this site but I also want to have an advice website of my own. Anybody have any ideas how I can build my own website and make it expand so I at least get 1 question a week.I would really appreciate reasonable answers thank you in advance
