Well curiousity of a cat means that your always nosy and you're always curious about things but he also says you have the heart of a saint which means your a really good person and have a big heart. =]
So basically I think he's trying to say your nosy and too curious ( which some people you know find rude and stuff ) but you have the a big heart and your kind and you know your limits and stuff.
