just friends?

So me n this guy (Joe) have liked eachother for about two months. Before that..we were really good friends and we realized it was something more. The thing is..our little relationship hasnt gone anywhere..he still considers me his "friend" and i just dont understand why. Sometimes we hang out as friends and sometimes we hang out as more than friends but we dont hookup..im confused about this..i want have a relationship with him while he wants to be friends with me..it makes me mad because if he doesnt want to be more than i wanna move on..
i need advice on how to handle this!

15/f Theres this guy who i know is interested in me because he told one of our mutual guy friends that he wanted to know me and thought i was hott and stuff. I heard from the beginning he was a douche and kind of an asshole, but I was like whatever hes hott. Now that i talk to him more I see he can be an asshole but i think he would be nice to his girlfriend. I also have heard he likes to just have sex with girls. He seems like he could be a genuine guy to the one he wants because he said he is looking for a girlfriend, but im not cool with f-ing to find a girlfriend. Basicaly I just dont know if I should act like im interested and flirt or just dont do anything ?

i really like my boyfriend of 3 months but i get uncomfortably wet when i make out with him and grind with him...i know its a good thing but i dont like getting that wet...it feels almost as if i peed my pants...

I met this boy last may and we like hit it off right away. i was 14 at the time, and of course being young and dumb we started going out 2 days later. it lasted a week because he had other girls. he was a bit of a player. well then like a few weeks later we tried it again, and it lasted like 3 months..it was really good. we had to break up because he was stupid, got into fights and his mom grounded him and shit for like a month. but then we got back together, it was like perfect. thne he told me he cheated on me..and i thought i was in love with him so i didnt care. he told me he still loved me and stuff. anyways, we broke up like a few days later because i realized i needed better than that. i started dating...

i cheated on my bf, he found out, we broke up. he forgave me but we are not dating. he is at an away college. he doesnt want to have a long distance relationship so when school is out he will come back and we can try again. he is allowed to go on dates while he is at school. he can party and everything else and doesnt have to tell me. since im the one who messed up and is trying to earn his trust back, if i go out w friends or date, i have to tell him. so my question now is, is it fair?

So my ex and I broke up like 3 months ago. We had been going out for 10 months. Our relationship was pretty tight. And we loved each other a lot. We stopped talking to each other but then we recently just started talking again. It was my birthday so he wrote me a messege saying happy birthday, and that he wanted to cal me, bt he decided not to. so i have a long distance relationship. its my first long distance relationship. i thought it would be like a normal relationship with out the dates or physical aspect. i was wrong. its so wierd to me that i have a boyfriend over the phone. and just recently something was obviously wrong, because he stopped talking to me. i asked and he said it was nothing but now im just being ignored. i hate not being able to be there for him and i hate being uncertain about everything.
what might be his problem? i really do want to help him. and does it sound like this relationship is worth my time?

I just found out that my ex boyfriend wants to get back with me. Im so confused becasue my mum doesnt agree with me getting back with him and my dad absolutely wants to kill him because he hurt me before. He dumped me for a girl id known for about a week and was his ex girlfriend. The thing is for some weird reason i do still like him a lot and somehow i have forgave him. It all started off on a rocky patch anyway because of the age difference. We started going out when he was 15 and i was 12, then 3 months later he turned 16 and i stayed twelve. I did turn thirteen two months after that but on my birthday he left me. I dont get it. He says he always thinks of me and that he has had 3 sex dreams about me in the past week alone!!!!! I am 13 ...
