Is this considered cheating

Lets say you were intoxicated to a point where you ended up blanking out and dont remember every detail of the night, and someone tried to get you to have sex with them by touching you where they shouldnt but you you managed to tell them no you cant do it so you didnt have sex, didnt kiss them, or touch them back. Would you consider that cheating??
PS: drinking is only ok in moderation and I dont think I will be touching any for a long time. That could have turned to a dangerous situation and I am aware of that.

heyy, well let me start out no time soon am i looking for that magical kiss buuuuttt...i do want to no how to do it when the time comes so my 1st question is how do you do the simple kiss on the lips is it just as easy as it looks..just kiss?? and my other big question is how in the world do you kiss when you go all out (like french kissing) how do you turns your heads, what do you do with your tongue, what do you do with your hands??? Okay, so I really like this Junior at my school & I'm a freshman. He says hi to me whenever he passes me in the hallways & I say hi back. Also, we constantly talk over facebook & we have a thousand inside jokes. He also told me that I'm hot & I THINK he told me that he likes me (he said it in a really confusing way). Also, our brothers know each other and both like to play bball so him & I planned to get together with our younger bro's so that they can play bball while we hang out. So like, does he like me? & why doesn't he ask me out?

My best guy friend just told me that he liked me on istant messanger. Then i told him i just liked him as a friend because that's all the feelings i have toward him. Then he got offline and i felt really bad. I figured i hurt his feelings and he didn't want to talk to me anymore. What do i do? What should i say next time i talk to him? Or should i say anything? okay this is a long story. first i am a female. i have been dating this guy for about 6 months. not that long but long enough to start feeling comfortable in a realtionship. we had a talk earlier in the relationship and i told him if something better comes a long and you feel that there is a better chance i want you to go for it. don't worry about me. well saturday he told me that he found an interest in someone else and he told me he wanted to leave. i said okay thats fine. it hurt of course but i would rather know he was leaving me and not cheating on me. but then he staring telling me that he still wanted me and basically told me that he was going to go fuck her and then when he got tired of her, expected me to be there waiting for him. ...

BACKGROUND OF OUR RELATIONSHIP:
i've liked this guy for a few weeks now, but only in the last week or so has it been this intense. we have exactly half of our classes together. we have the same circle of friends and so we hang out in group settings. i've never hung out alone with him. he has flirted with me on numerous occassions (e.g., calling me pretty, calling me cute, using the winking smiley face if we talk via the internet, etc.)
BACKGROUND OF ISSUE:
my problem is that there are two girls on the scene for him: S and M. and then me, if he likes me.
S: he thinks that S is very attractive, although several times has admitted that he does NOT have a full-blown...

Well...If you hadn't read my other questions, this is a short summary.
I am a senior (high school) and I like this guy..We have been really good friends since like august (even though we knew each other before..offically started talking august) I thought he liked me..but i was wrong.
This past sunday we went out to eat and he told me he just got a girlfriend..since 3 days...and hes known her since july...I smile and acted all happy for him even though i was crying on the inside. I swear i have never felt this way..I didn't even start crying until i woke up the next morning. I knew i wasn't ever gunna tell him how i felt cuz it always ruins the friendship..and thats all guys ever see me as...is a friend...so i guess tha...

Ok so i dated jake for a year and he was my first real relationship. All my other "boyfriends" were just stupid and last like 3 weeks. At the beggining of our relationship things seemed really good i've never clicked with anyone so well. We had alot in common and always had fun. But we started hanging out constantly he would always get sad/mad when i hung out with my friends. Okay, I'm a 20 yrs old and I adore a guy who is 30. ALSO, when I first met him I couldnt stand him to save his life. Well I've know him now for about 9 months now and CLEARLY these feelings came out of nowwhere for him. From what our co-workers say they all know that he likes me and I like him. Sometimes thinking about certain guys I get a horrible, skin crawling feeling. It makes me want to cover up all exposed skin and never talk to the guys again. Is it a problem with them or is it me trying to prevent myself from becoming close with them? I do not follow instincts or intuition, it does not play a significant role in my life so I am not going to use that as an explanation for this. Has anyone else felt this way? Did you ever figure out why? Thanks.

Meeting people / Dealing with lonliness

I'm 21 year old guy that goes to university in a small town. This last summer I did a study abroad trip to London. It was great time, and a highlight of the trip was when I met this awesome girl from France whom I grew really attached to and spent lots of time with. Obviously I eventually had to leave, and ever since I've been back things haven't been the same at all. I don't really keep in touch with the French girl, and besides she has a boyfriend. I did feel very happy with her though.
I felt really lonely when I got back to the states, and so I choose to occupy all my time being busy with school, working out, my job, and friends. It's been over three months now, and I'm still regularly very unhappy. I've been on a few date...

ok, first of all, I'm a girl too but you don't have to be gay to give me advice! anyone who knows anything about girls and flirting and all that please help me! okay so ive been like best friends with this kid dylan for a while and he recently told me he liked me and and i said i liked him to cause i always have.
so like when we walk in the hallway he usually puts his arm around me.like around my shoulders.
and i ususally just keep walking not doing anything but i feel like i should be doing something yaknow?
so like next time he does that should i put my arm around his waist? or maybe lean my head closer on his shoulder? or maybe do something else. ahh help!

My guy friend asked me out by a note about 2 years ago but I never replied until a few months ago telling him that i still like him but he never replied then i e mailed him asking if we can still be friends because i miss hanging out with him and he said sure that we can still be friends. Now i don't know if anything more will ever happen, like going out or anything. I really do like him and he knows that I just don't know if he still likes me like that or if only as friends. I really need some advice, thanks!!!
