my mother needs help and so do I

My mother has leukemia, and ALOT of other health issues. Her thyroid doctor ( i think ) told her to lose weight and just the other day her heart doctor said she needs to lose weight. Diabeties runs in our family, and i am looking out for her and my own health. She is not to motivated to lose weight, even though each day she says shes fat. She about 5'8" and around 200 pounds i'm guessing, and i'm 5'9 at around 180 lbs. We both need help losing weight, i exercise, she doesn't. Do you have any tips for me losing weight, mainly in the thighs and WAIST, and any tips for motivation for her.
i want to lose about 20 sum pounds by around march.

okay so im a gurl and alot of guys think im hot but they never ask me out. when my friends ask them whats up with that.. they go i think shell say no and they are scared. but the thing is, i think i put this wall up and i dont no why. like i cant talk to guys i get all nervous and stuff so maybe the reason i make them think that i am to good for them is cuz im really scared myself. will i ever over come it beccause it drives me insane!!! and if i will over come this how?? please helpp!!

Ok well i have been with mygirlfriend for... 5 months. For xmas i got her a ring, necklace, teddy bear, framed picture of us. Ok so now im stumped on what to do for valetins day! they should have more time between these holidays. And no im broke, but not loaded. Ideas? please? No puppies.. lol.

hey, so years of soccer, basketball, and football have been gettin to me. Both knees have been sore when i do anything, especially my main sport basketball. im about 5'10 but i dont think it has anything to do with my height. Anyone have any suggestions to help meh..

okay .. whenever i sign on advicenators, this gray page pops up and it says lyk how to activate your email or somthin .. yeah well its really anoying coz whenever i click on inbox or edit profile or w/e that pops up .... so my question is does anybody know what i can do to make that stop ? .. thanks

My Best Friend is Smoking way to Much Weed What do i do?

My best friend is a guy and i even dated him for almost 8 months but we broke and everything changed. He kinda went into this depression and started smoking and smoking weed. His mom recently died on Halloween, and it hurt him so bad. He usually goes to school high and im so worried he'll get caught and i'll never see him again. I've tried to talk to him about how its not ok and there are other ways of coping but all he says is that he loves mary jane... what do i do?!

hair scare!!

okay, my hair is very very curly and frizzy and thick its nasty!! i sometimes put hair gel in it and it looks fine and then other times i stirghten it but it still gets frizzy easily. I use hair serum and this one spray to control the frizz but hey im always lookin' for something better can you guys suggest anything?

easy way to lose weight fast

Is there any way to lose like 5-10 pounds in a week and a half? I already try to watch what I eat, so I'm thinking maybe exercises or something? Nothing where I have to go out and by something. So that leaves out Pilates and stuff like that cause i dont have the videos or whatever. ((anything for arms stomach legs i dont really care what)) Thanks I'll rate

so theres this guy, that i really like...the only thing is, we dont know eachother that well, and his two friends want to hook up with me. he tells me after him and his girlfriend break up, that he wants to hook up with me, but i want to be more then just "hook up" buddys, ya know?

last night my friend asked me to go with her to this spaghetti dinner thing for this hockey association and all the hot hockey guys were there! well she use to go to that school..so all the hot guys knew who she was and would talk and flirt with her and stuff..and i mean yeah they didnt know me but i was SOOO jealous of her..i mean every hot guy like looked at her about 100 times..not even kidding and im just there like a nobody..i felt so left out and like i said what were they suppose to do tho? because they didnt really know me..well this brought my self-esteem down. and i dont know! im so bad at talking to guys..i never know what to talk about and i usually wont go up and talk to them first..and i have a myspace and im starting to like ...

I technically can't "date" until I turn 16. I've had boyfriends before but not ones you actually go on single dates with and things like that. My parents are okay with that kind of thing, but what if a guy actually asks me out? What should I do then? Thanks!

i really like this guy. he had liked me but then he choose this slut who wanted to be his frist hook up instead of me, who actaully really likes him. He also leads me on all the time. i know he does it to me but then when he says things that are really cute i always fall for it and then he just leaves me. how can i get him to relize that im waayy better than her and that he would be better off with me??

ok heres the thing, proms is in 3 months and i need to lose like 15 or 20 pounds. I need advice on a way i can lose that weight in 3 months. i wanna find a cute dress thats looks good with out the gut and love handles showing through. please help!

hi..i was just curious ...do any of you have any tips on how to treat ur skin right so you break out less...like to control your face...i break out before my period..but usually i dont...how can i prevent and when it does break out how can i clear it up fast...any ideas...or what do you use that helps you??
