easy way to lose weight fast

Is there any way to lose like 5-10 pounds in a week and a half? I already try to watch what I eat, so I'm thinking maybe exercises or something? Nothing where I have to go out and by something. So that leaves out Pilates and stuff like that cause i dont have the videos or whatever. ((anything for arms stomach legs i dont really care what)) Thanks I'll rate

There is this whole "lowering your carb intake" thing but I won't get into that. Most likely it will be hard loosing weight that fast. The greatest fatburner though is cardio workouts (jogging, etc.).

Try crunches and sit ups, they are good for your stomach. its going to be pretty hard for you to lose that much in so little time. in fact, near impossible with food. so just eat healthy and exercize, you'll lose it in the healthiest way possible

Theres fit TV .. look for it on your chanel guide they usually have workouts on there all day

but to loose that much in a week??? girl!, you would like have to go anorexit! MAJOR!

just eat healthy and stay fit!

In all truth, losing that much weight in such a short amount of time isn't all that healthy. You don't need to go out to be able to do pilates, just look some of it up online. Try crunches, and leg raises too. Since you said that you already eat well, than just follow the other dietary guidelines. If you do that, you'll lose the weight, but you'll also get yourself fit at the same time. Don't worry about how quickly you do it, as long as it isn't bad for your health.
