Is there any way to lose like 5-10 pounds in a week and a half? I already try to watch what I eat, so I'm thinking maybe exercises or something? Nothing where I have to go out and by something. So that leaves out Pilates and stuff like that cause i dont have the videos or whatever. ((anything for arms stomach legs i dont really care what)) Thanks I'll rate (link)

In all truth, losing that much weight in such a short amount of time isn't all that healthy. You don't need to go out to be able to do pilates, just look some of it up online. Try crunches, and leg raises too. Since you said that you already eat well, than just follow the other dietary guidelines. If you do that, you'll lose the weight, but you'll also get yourself fit at the same time. Don't worry about how quickly you do it, as long as it isn't bad for your health.

I just moved into a new house and my room is light pink and green. I am not into that at all, not one bit. But my parents won't let me paint over it. I'm not gothic; but my favourite color is black, i wear black all the time, i'm into heavy metal, my favorite band is Lamb of God and Insane Clown Posse. I like stars and hearts. I would probably be more into the colours if they were alot darker, but i can't paint! I asked if i could get a black stripe near the top but our painters' hand isnt steady enough, but I can paint some black into it, but where? Not the whole thing so what can i do? What can i do that will make my room alot less girly and young? Please help! I hate these light baby colors! (link)

You and your parents really need to find a medium ground. Pick something that isn't too light, but at the same time, it can be classy. Why not try some different shades of red? Don't forget that you're room isn't only made up of the colors that are painted on your wall either though. You can express yourself in other ways too, if you find a color you and your parents agree on, you can express yourself by hanging things around your room that you like, that way it's a bit of both what you like, and what your parents like.

Hey, I'm a freshman who wants to sign up for track for my highschool. Although, I'm not in shape and only played soccer for a couple years of my life. What should I do to get in shape? I only want to do running, not field or sprints or anything like that. But I heard you have to pick 4 areas.. what 4 areas would be good for me? thanks, ill rate (link)

You don't have to pick for different areas, you need to pick one category, which may have more than one event in it. If you want to do running, than that's what you need to focus on. Work on your diet too, try and eat healthier, if you don't already. If you follow the dietary guidelines and exersize for at least twenty minutes a day, you'll definately see a change. As for what to pick, that's up to you. Do you want to do a relay, or do you want to do the mile run? There's alot of options, you just have to figure out which is the one -you- like best.
