WARNING! long story-who do I choose to tell about my mental

I have taken tests that show I suffer from moderate depression, moderate anxiety, and am most likely suffering from OCD, it is recommended that I get therapy and treatment. I don't know how to tell my parents how I feel depressed, I would rather tell someone (like a therapist) who has never been involved in my life about my problems. The reason I am afraid of who to tell, is because I don't have many options. If I screw up, that'll be my chance, down the drain. My parents divorced when I was four, I was very poor living with my mother growing up, I could live comfortably with my dad. He got married a few months after they got divorced. The day they got divorced they fought in court over me until I was about 10 or 11. I have three siblings, ...

how to enjoy it

i noe that nobody LIKES going to school, but i seriously dread it! what are some things that i can do to make school a little more.... fun?? i mean, like i could join a sport, but they dont have a chearleading squad at my school, so i go somewhere else, and i take ballet after school too... and i do outside school activities.... but what kind of things could i do IN SCHOOL that could help make it just a little more exiting?? thanks so much!

losing weight

ok im 13/f 110lbs 5'3 and i look so fat!! people say that im skinny but i wanna lose weight the only problem is lyk i can stop eating like i can even stop eating junk i tryed not eating and it just made me so hungry that i ate even more then i normally would have so what should i do and if you are goin to tell me to exercise than just know im not goin out and gettin stupid machine things.

Why can't I lose weight!

I am waaay too overweight, but I can't seem to get it off. I've tried counting calories combined with exercise, and I had to get down to 900 calories a day to lose weight, and even then it was less than a pound every two weeks.
The only thing that has every worked for me is the South Beach diet, and it worked really well. The only problem is that I kept getting really sick on it. I was dizzy, lightheaded, and nervous all the time, and I kept throwing up and having diarrhea.
I went to my doctor, but he doesn't believe me. He says that it's not possible for me to have such a hard time losing weight.
So here's my question. Can anyone tell me any medical reason that I might be having trouble losing w...

Best Friend/Boyfriend Issues

Okay, so recently I started a relationship with this guy that I like a lot. Everything is going great and he calls me all the time, but there is one problem. My best friend seems jealous. He's like a brother to her so she isn't jealous of me, she's jealous of him. Everytime he calls, I can't give him my undivided attention because she acts hurt if I don't talk to her at the same time. However, then they are both talking at the same time and I can't understand either of them. I tried speakerphone, but he hates it because of the background noise. Small Boobs

Ever since I lost a very small amount of weight over the last few years my boobs got smaller. I went from a large B-cup to a 34 A-cup. What happened? I feel that if my boobs would stick out a bit more my stomache would not look so large since I am a large person. Would my boobs being bigger make the rest of me look smaller?

Okay I am a large person yet personally I think I am starting to look a bit better like I might actually have lost a few pounds. However my scale is saying the opposite, that I have gained a LOT of weight. What is going on?

urgh so im 14 years old and im 5'0
i weigh almost 100 pounds & i think im like a dinosaur.
but my main concern is my love handles.
thats like above the hips. its super gross.
what are good easy ways to get rid of them?

Sneaking Out

My friend and I are planning to sneak out of the house at night, we ahve done it before but only ended up sledding in the backyarda nd we took some icles off someones house and built an ice castle. What else could we do to ahve a little bit more fun? F/14

ok so im getting braces this thursday but before that i need to make a decision whether to get the clear or colored ones. the clear ones are NOT invisilign just to let you know the clear ones are basically the same as the colored ecept they match the color of you teeth. now the thing is with the clear ones if you eat something like chocolate, your braces would turn brown which i dont really want to happen but they say it doesnt happen if you brush your teeth a lot (which i do) but like in school if i have like a chocalate bar or something i cant brush my teeth in school and the other thing is pratically all my friends have the colored ones and i really havent seen many people with the clear ones.

i want to lose weight but my doctor said it would be unhealthy. so im kind of looking to tone-up my body in a more healthy way. and i'm not aloud to go on a diet
