seems like a lot of people have questions about tampons

Well, I'm thirteen and I'm starting to use tampons (or at least trying to start). When I try to insert the tampon, it stings a little because it is dry and solid. I know what to do and how to do it but I was wondering if I will get some sort of infection if I use vasaline to make it go in easier. I mean, if I put a little by my area and a little on the tampon. I won't glob it on, but just enough to make it smoother. Before I experiment with this, I want to know if it is a mistake or if it can harm me. I WILL RATE! PROMISE!

true love has made me think

i was in love with my bf. i loved him deeply and truely. then we broke up and it was over 5 months ago. im not a stocker or anything. but i still love him. i have had thoughts about being with him. i dream about him. but he hates me and wont even talk to me. i sometimes wonder if it would be easier to harm myself than to talk to him about it. i now think im fat and i weight 96 lbs. i think im ugly and i used to do modeling and got voted best looking out of my class. things i used to like about myself i now hate. i want to loose weight and cut myself and i fight with my mom and dad all of the time now. but it only makes it worse. then i wrecked my car and was seriously injured. then everytime i start to do good, i fuck up and get on the same track. can someone please help me

Garage Band for Apple computers:

Can you take songs from your iTunes and put them into garage band so that you can mix songs and such? How do you do it? Sometimes I can only get 1 song on (I click and drag it) but when I try to put more on, it doesn't work. So how can you put multiple songs on?

Well today i got my hair cut. I asked her to blow dry it also. But when she blow dryed it, it came out so shiny and healthy lookin and even relatively straaight, but if i do it at home it comes out like fryed looking. Also, before she blow dryed it she put this cream stuff on it.
Does anyone know why it came out so nice looking, and any techniques i could use while blow drying my hair to make it come out the same way.
And if anyone knew what the product or what a product is called, how much it is, and where to find it to make your hair come out healthy looking after blow drying it?
Sry this has so many questions.
I'll rate 5's for anyone who trys.

So I like someone. Don't we all, though...
This guy I like, I have no idea if he likes me. But I like him. And I want him to know how I feel. I'm not even sure I'd want to go out with him, I'd just want him to know how I feel... I don't really know why though. But I don't want to screw up our friendship, because we're pretty good friends right now. I wouldn't want to loose all that we have just because of me saying something.
I do really like this person though... should I tell them how I feel, or should I tell them I like them and ask them out? Or should I just keep my mouth shut?

Hi i am 12 yaers old
i don't have my period yet but whenever i want to talk to my mom about anything close to geting my period or stuff like that she gets all teknikal when some times i just want to teel her something. and i just can't ever talk to her about seios stuf because i always end up fighting with her or me geting realy realy realy realy realy mad at her like i want to just scream realy realy realy loud. but i do have a realy good fried that she knows exactly what i mean and i can talk to her about stuff like that but some times i just want to talk to my mom but i feal realy uncofterbul talking to her. i been realy moody latley having realy weird confusing felings latly and i don't know if i'm going to get my period soon. ...

He's so immature sometimes

I'm 16/f and my bf is 17/m. Sometimes he acts soooo immature and after a while it gets annoying.
The other day I was at his house and he was acting like a little kid making random noises, talking about burping, jumping around like his house was a trampoline, and making stupid comments about everything.
So I said, "Stop acting like a five year old and grow up. I swear you act like my little brother"
I guess that kind of upset him because he didn't really talk to me after that. And today, he had an away message up that said "'acting like a 5-year-old' with Mike hit the cell"

Hi, I wear eyeliner & eyeshadow, and yeah..
except I notice that towards the middle of the day its already starting to come off,
or moving further down from my eyes..
I' was just wondering if anyone knew how to make it stay on longer? I put foundation under it or whatever, so it would stick to it but it doesnt work ..

i'm a 10th grader who's never had a gf before (pretty pathetic, but whatever). im really bad with asking girls out and whatnot. anyhoo, im really really good friends with this girl, shes a year younger than me, and we both tell each other everything. ive liked her for a little while, maybe a few weeks, but she tells me that she likes a senior in our school. now idk if she actually does like him, or if she's just saying that to cover up that she likes me, but we always hang out, we've never gotten mad at each other, we know everything about neach other, and we never get tired of hanging out (we've actually pissed her friends off once or twice cuz we hang out so much). anyway, what do i do? thanks

next year i am a senior in high school and i havent given that much thaught about which college i would like to go to.
what are some good colleges in Califronai (seeing that is where i live and dont want to move). I already know of, USC, UCLA, UCDAVIS, UCSAN DIEGO, UC BERKLEY, AND HARVARD.
I have recently found out about this one college in Malibu, called Pepperdine University. Does anyone know if it is a good college or if it is just one of those community type.

im 15/f and i've got a really wierd problem. First of all, don't call me an emo or any of that nonsense or i will give you a 1, i am most definantly not.
so when my dad screams at me (about once or twice a day) he usually yells pretty bad, verbally abusing me, it hurts. so ever since i was younger instead of cry or let out my pain, because if i cried he would get even madder at me, i would pinch myself very hard or scratch myself secretly with my hands behind my back or so. i was about 7 when i started this. now this year it has gotten worse, i am getting screamed at for nothing and it has been worse then ever. i started scratching myself until i bleed. not until the skin is red, until blood is dripping. now i have...

well basically school sucks and...i really dont like it. im aquantinces (sp)with 20 or so people in my grade, but i really only have two friends.
-one of them is always all over her boyfriend and they only talk to eachother, its like someone turned on a switch or something. whenhes not there, we have a good time, but if hes there she basically forgets im in the room.
- the other one is usually fine but when her other friend (that im friendly with) is there she totally ignores me.
