Hi, I wear eyeliner & eyeshadow, and yeah..
except I notice that towards the middle of the day its already starting to come off,
or moving further down from my eyes..
I' was just wondering if anyone knew how to make it stay on longer? I put foundation under it or whatever, so it would stick to it but it doesnt work ..
i rate high for helpful answers.

besides that there's nothing really you can do, it just depends on your skin type. personally, it doesnt stay on me. at all. and it looks reaaally shitty, so yeah. it took me a while to figure that out though, i tried waterproof, smudgproof, liquid, cream, and stick. i even tried one that was 18 bucks from benefit. it doenst matter how expensive or what form its in. its just your skin type.
sorry if wasnt really what you wanted to hear.
just trying to help!!
(and save your money :P )
as for the eyeshadow thing if you buy a color thats close to your skin tone, and put that on first, it should make the eyeshadow stay on longer. you probably will have to reapply it once in a while though [ aquababe1's advice column | Ask aquababe1 A Question ]
orphans answered Saturday April 29 2006, 9:32 pm: you should try waterproof/rubproof eyeliner from maybelline. its pretty good, but i does rub off. maybelline also has this eyeliner which doesnt come off unless you touch it, and it prety good and nice color. you dont have to sharpen it either [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
twistedsister17 answered Saturday April 29 2006, 8:24 pm: Maybe it's your eyeliner brand. I know regular one's like Maybelline and Covergirl did not work for me. If you're willing to splurge a little on a really good eyeliner that won't come off, I'd try Clinique Kohl Eye Pencil. You can find it at Clinique.com or at most department stores. it's a bit expensive, around $17 but it works really good and it lasts a long time.
Also, make sure you always wash your face before you put on your makeup. It removes the oil that your skin makes naturally, and some of the oil from your skin may be causing that eyeliner to come off. Also try putting on the eyeliner on your inner eyelid. You just have to pull your bottom eyelid down a little so you can put some eyeliner on it. It tends to work stay on better that way.
Is it hot where you live, or might it get warm? The heat and humidity in the air may be affecting this. Try getting a waterproof eyeliner which might stay on better than a regular one.
