fast weight loss?

I have my 8th grade graduation on june 15th.we have to wear dresses, and i want to loss weight so i can look really good in my dress.im about 5'4, 180 pounds, so im quite overweight.i want to try to loose a lot of weight before then, like a noticable amount.im also going to be leaving my middle school and going to the highschool, so i want to loss weight before then to wow everyone before we go off to highschool.
i cant really "diet" that much,because my mom buys the food for my house,but does anyone have any ways to loss weight fast?like excersize suggestions or something?i have a Tony Little Gazelle Edge Fitness System, and i play softball on a team 2 days a week(wednesday and sunday), if that helps any.

heyy ok i need to get a tan like really bad whats the fastest way to get one (no fake tans please!) if i go outside in the sun do i wear sunscreen? if so do i wear a lot of a little? or should i use tanning oil? ill rate 5's! please help!

okay well im really not scared of sports i love sports...but im scared of the subect sports in school! and i dont know why maby its because of my teacher and also because were doing stuff i totally cant do..like loopings in the air whatever and people always tell me: i also cant do it but just try it... and how should i try to do a looping in the air like duuuhhh i totally dont know how and by the way many people got hurt..and im reeeaalllyy scared all the time...like the night before thursday (thats the day we have sports) i totally get nightmares like i end up in a hospital or something! and my teacher always forces me to do stuff i hate...and she's also really mean to me she said if i dont move i get even fatter then i am..and im sooo n...

i like this guy....(duuhh) ok uhh and we were pretty good friends but we had this fight(he told me he loved me and i acted kinda weird /mean) and he never talked to me since than! then i called him and appologized but he only was like:uhu yeah blablabla ok and i do like him and everytime i see him he lookes at me today he even smiled once but i thought that was just because he was laughing at a joke...and at the bus today he looked at me in a sad kinda way....and i wanna be friends again but im just scared that when i talk to him again he'll be like all weird again
so what should i say? and how should i act when he's weird?? does he still like me cause he also never talkes to me??

my hole family

ok to tell it all short my brothers going to court and may be sent away .my moms in the hostpital she has been for 3 days .my other brother is named the good child.my family has 5 people in it and im the only girl so i clean cook and do laundry.i cnat believe my mom has done it for 20 years ive done it for 4 days.i have so much gratitude for her and ill never mesure up.i am slipping on my grades at school witch i was already strugiling and is at resk of failling my grade.i dont want to have my mom as an excuse for my homework.i stayed home today to catch up and no one knows that.
im under my head and no one to turn too.
what do i do.

periods and pregnancy

A friend of mine told me that she heard that if you have a light period, then you will have a harder time becoming pregnant when you are trying to conceive! So if your period lasts for 2 days while other girls have it for 7 days, you will have more trouble becoming pregnant! Does anyone know if this is true, or is it just some kind of a myth? Just wondering... I thought it was kind of interesting.

should I turn in my sister to foster care?

Hello,
My sister is a single foster mom for infants in Mass. She told me how she is taking a drug that tricks her body in to thinking she gave birth, so she will start to produce milk. She is planning on breast feeding the infants in her care. If the child does not take the breast (which is what is happing now), she pumps the milk and feeds it to the child with a bottle. The foster care office has no idea, and my sister has never been tested for any disease that she could pass on to the infant through the breast milk. I know that this is against foster care policy, and it could be considered as a form of abuse.
So my question is, should I report her? At best case her foster license will be taking away and no...

My neck hurts really bad

i was straigten my hair this morning then all the suden I heard something in my neck.. Now I can't move my head without it hurting really bad I don't know how ti'm doing this..I have to hold it with my hand or it hurts.. it hurts on the right side all the way up to my ear(i think)... please help me what could i do to make it stop hurting!!!

ok this is kinda gross but yesterday when i got home from school i had to go to the bathroom really bad and i was kinda constipated.. and then when i wiped there was really little blood..but then when i went to sleep, on my underwear was a lot of brown..so idk if it's my period or what ? it didnt really look like it, idk though
could it of been my period or no?
