Thief answered Thursday May 4 2006, 1:59 am: not really, it just drys it, but you don't wanna dry it too much, otherwise you'll get that weatherd dry, crinkly, able to start a fire kinda hair. If you wanna make your hair lighter, just die it a lighter color. [ Thief's advice column | Ask Thief A Question ]
xxxxxx answered Wednesday May 3 2006, 6:02 pm: If you use Sun-In in your hair when it's wet, and you blowdry it, yes it'll make your hair lighter, but Sun-In is specifically for blondes, so I dont know what is best for you. [ xxxxxx's advice column | Ask xxxxxx A Question ]
x0brittany0x answered Wednesday May 3 2006, 5:55 pm: No blowdrying cannot lighten the color of your hair.
I used perioxide to lighten the color of my hair(HOWEVER IT IS NNOOTT GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR AT ALL). You could also use Sun-In like the person below me said. =) [ x0brittany0x's advice column | Ask x0brittany0x A Question ]
herbivore answered Wednesday May 3 2006, 4:41 pm: hey. when i blow dry my hair it always looks a bit blonder. not that much though. i found this product called SUN IN and you can spray it in your slightly damp hair and blow dry on a meduim heat. it costs like 6 bucks and i got mine at wal-mart after a few times your hair should become lighter. just make sure you dont put in too much at one time because it will turn orange. you can just follow the directions on the back. hope this helps!! :) ♥ ♥ ♥ [ herbivore's advice column | Ask herbivore A Question ]
DancinCutie08 answered Wednesday May 3 2006, 3:52 pm: i would hightly doubt that.. the only way it could is if your hair was light and you dyed it dark because blowdryeres make your hair dryer which in return makes your hair color fade faster [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
xoxDaneCookRox answered Wednesday May 3 2006, 2:54 pm: lighter in color? nopee.
loves2shop86 answered Wednesday May 3 2006, 1:44 pm: hmm interesting... but no way! i have dark hair and i blow dry it pretty much every day, and it's still dark! the only way the heat might make your hair lighter is at the ends! if you look at the ends of your hair, they are lighter than the rest of your hair because they are the most dry and damaged part. because of that, they lose some of their color and become weak. that's about all that blow drying will do... but there is no way it would make ALL of your hair lighter! :) but the sun probably will!
