I've decided to have a good sized party at the end of the year, but I stink at knowing exactly who to invite. I mean, I know my best friend and my other really close friends but here are some questions...
Do I invite the guy I like? We are pretty good friends but he's not really part of the group.
Do I invite my friend who only like seven people in our group don't make fun of?
Do I invite this girl I hate but is in my group? If I don't, I feel bad because I'm inviting all of her friends.

Best Friend and Professional Help

Well, one of my best friends started seeing our school's guidance counselor because her boyfriend was in the hospital but now he's better than ever but she still eats lunch with her at least once a week. I love it because she gets alot out of it, whether she realizes it or not. Today they told her the names of a few places that are professional help (she's jsut had alot of experiences that have really messed her up, but don't think the wrong way about her). I know it will do her good and she'll be back on her feet in no time, but she doesn't want to go. Is there anything I can do or say that will convince her that it will be good for her?

i need a dress for my 8th grade farewell dance!!
its semi-formal...and i was wondering if anyone knew where to get any dresses not too expensive..if it helps i live in michigan

So i made a mistake..i have this problem where i can't keep a secret. People (my friends) don't usually realize it until they find that out through experience. I have this really weird cyber-like relationship with my friend who is 3 grades older than me, and now we don't cyber anymore but that's another story. He also has a girlfriend. I really like this one guy, but he doesn't know me at all, he just hangs around the same people I do. Alot of girls like him at my school, but he doesn't really go out with many of them because even though they are really pretty their not really smart and all they do is flirt with him whenever they can and I can tell he doesn't like them. I want to get to know him better but I don't want him to think I'm like all the girls who never stop trying to be his girlfriend; because even though I'm really pretty and popular I'm not like them at all, I actually care about my grades and things other than shopping. What should I do?

My Sweet 16

I really want a sweet 16 party, but there's only one problem. I can't think of a theme! The past Sweet 16's i've been have just been at dance clubs with no themes, or with just all girls, i don't want that. I want them to dress the theme, and decorate it to make them feel the theme as well
Please list some theme ideas! I'm cluelesss.

i hate my dad. its not like one of those days that you just got mad and hate someone. i hate him. my mom knows it. if hes not dead by the time im 18 im willing to pay for a hit man to kill him. my mom knows it. he is so mean to me. he hits me sometimes. i hate it! no one understands. and dont say i should tell because i told my mom and shes waiting for my dad to get some money cause hes sueing these people for hurting his leg. so any advice? ANY THAT DOESNT INCLUDE TELLING ANYONE<--although i do talk to my bestfriends about it but i dont think they understand.

well i'm the gurl that asked about the semi formal but...yea
i'll be wearing a red dress abot almost close to my ankles.no sleeves, i think it's called spaghetti straps . i waz just wondering what
1) color heels i should get... i'm "5'5" incase that helps
2)purse...(if i need one??)
3) and the way i should do my hair
i'm african american. hair length about to the end of my neck...VERY NAPPY ...but can alwayz straighten it and dark skinned if that helps?

hey. ok im like really scared because my parents have already been in a divorce once and i think it's going to happen again. my step-dad smokes pot and my mom is like an alcoholic and always comes home late. he always says that he's moving out and going to get a lawyer but he never really does anything. and like if he moves out then me and my mom have nowhere to go because my dad moved away. and my mom is also like really mean to me. i dont know if she cares where i am or what i do but im just scared where im going to end up, advice?

Ok so I have this friend, let's call her Sammy ok? So Sammy recently has started like leaving me and kinda ignoring me. Today she even started hanging out with my enemy! Like 2 weeks ago we started hanging out with a girl named Natasha and ever since she has been doing all these things. Oh and I already talked to her a billion times. Oh my gosh, my parents are making me go to this filthy dirty restaurant with this ugly bitches who they call "their friends." Everytime I go out to eat with them, they start making fun of my and I lose my temper and I wanna punch the shit outta them. (They are 50.) And this restaurant is soo bad. I can't even enjoy the food. What can I say/do to my mom so I don't have to go!!!??? I need major help. I'm not wasting a Friday night at an old restaurant with a bunch of old people. Hello i was wondering if there were any good websites on quotes about people being well "annoying" theres this guy in my school who is trying to make me like him but i told him he just wasn't my type and i didn't want to go out with him. But he called me 5 times yesterday after school got out and hes just really annoying and crap so i was hoping that someone will give me a website or quotes that somewhat fit this situation. ok so im 14/f n i've never used a tampon before. So today i thought I'd try one and i totally chickened out. It couldn't have gone any worse. I would put it in, but then it would start to hurt so i'd pull it right out. Finally i just gave up.Should i put vaseline on the tip of it? Help please!! <33
