my eyes..can i make them stand out?

Hey :D well my eyes have always bothered me.. i have kinda darker brown eyes..sometimes they change to hazel but i wear black eyeliner and everything seems so dark! my eyes seem so boring i get so jealous of blue and green eyes (lighter eyes) because they stand out so much and are so much prettier! is there anyting i could do to make my eyes like stand out more or look prettier? ive heard about doin something with eyeshadow but im soo bad with makeup and stuff! and everytime i try to do the smokey eye or whatever it seems to make my eyes darker! by the way im 16/f! and i do not want colored contacts..i know i have to live with my eye color but i just want to know if there is anything i could do to make them stand out more??!

hi recently, i purchased johnsons anti mite POWDER. now i was just wandering if i could mix some of it with water, and then spray it on the budgie, seeing how its hard to put it on the budgie. thanks in advance. :)

ok i wasnt sure which category to put this in so i just put it in health. I am 14 and I'm barely an A cup, my mom is a C and I dont know, maybe I'm just a "late bloomer" but I wanted to know if theres a way to make my boobs grow bigger, like my friends say to drink a lot of milk or eat carrots, i dont know, if anyone can help that would be great!

party outfit

there's this party tonight. i went shopping yesterday and got an outfit to wear but im concerned its too wintery. its inside and its not like HOT out, so idk... some of my friends said it was cute, and a couple said it might be too wintery. it's a cute tank top under a sweater w/ a skirt. the sweaters kind of wintery but its at a country club so i have to get dressed up and i can always take it off. what do you think? thank you!!

RX 8 or Mustang GT

For my 16th birthday I'm either getting a RX 8 or a Mustang GT but I can't decide which one. Is there anyone here that knows about cars that can tell me a little about both and which one is better? I looked online but I just found what each car came with. I want to know more about performance and I can't get to a car dealership until over a week.
Also, I need opinions on color. If I get the Mustang, I either want that green color it comes in (kind of like a dark lime metallic green) or black. If I get the RX 8 I either want black, silver, or dark metallic pink (special order). Thanks.

Dentist

You know the stuff they use to numb your mouth at the dentist? I don't know what it's called. Well I know that after it wears off, you mouth is still a little sore from the needles but how long is it supposed to stay sore? It's been 4 days for me and I still can't even sleep on my left cheek because of it. The soreness has never lasted so long.

Dye of Hi-light?

I have brown hair, about mid back with layers starting at my chin. Well, my hair on the bottom is alot darker than my top layers (because of the sun I guess?). So I was wondering if I should dye all my hair a lighter brown or just get light brown hi-lights to even out the color. Which should I get?

My boyfriend, well currently ex, cheated on me a few months back. We were dating for over 1.5 years, almost 2 so when I found out about it, I broke up with him.
I really wasn't planning on getting back together with him because I was really hurt. Besides the cheating however, I thought he was amazing.
Yesterday he came over to get me back. When we first started dating, I used to make him these cute little signs but I always thought he just threw them away. Well he kept them ALL! :D He made then into a book type thing and showed it to me when he came over. There was at least a 100 of them!
I thought it was the cutest thing ever! So it made me think about taking him back. Wh...

Nice Cup Of Tea

I'm a little bit confused about something.
I heard that tea is a diuretic (makes you need to pee a lot) but that it also dehydrates you.
Now, if you need to drink a lot so that your body excretes toxins from your body and tea helps you to wee a lot, does it help more to get toxins out of your body or does it not flush anything out because it goes through you so quickly?
Sorry if that doesn't make much sense but I'm trying to be a bit healthier so I'm wondering how good tea is for you.
Also, are there any health benefits to drinking tea?

ok like i have a huge probnlem. ok next week i have a vacation with my family and likemy frined invited me to go on vacation with her. my family doesnt want me coming with them on vacation but theywont let me go on vacation with my friend. i really wanna go on vacation with my friend but my parents are being retarded. they always make me feel like crap and they are only takin me on v acation with them because they have to. but tehn they dont want me to have fun ugggh!! i have no idea what to do!!!

In May I got it n the 20th
Now in June i got it on the 22nd
