staying in shape

well since its summer, theres really no sports i can sign up for. i feel im gaining more pounds. i was just wondering if anyone knew any good work outs so i could stay in shape ? Also, what time its best to go running at and how i could work on my abs. Thanx to any1 who helps. sorry its more than one question

So a while ago, a few years now, I really liked this guy and I was sure that he liked me. We saw very little of each other through these past few years (we went to different schools). But I always saw him at camp. Now, I see him everyday for like 2 hours but we haven't really talked in a long time. And for some reason, I really like him. I don't know why. I am completely honest with my boyfriend (well, now ex) and so one night, I just told him. And because we are best friends and have dated on and off for a while, he told me to go for it, even if that just means just talking to this kid.
So ok. 1 question cuz i know this is getting long. How do you think I should talk to him--- like randomally go up and talk to him? and how will i know if he still likes me?!

Hi, everyone. I'm a 15 year old male, and so is this girl I like. I honestly don't know why I am attracted to her. She is overweight, and that's just a turn off for me, like most other guys. But beside the few extra pounds (actually about 30), she's gorgeous. (or so I think) She had chestnut colored brown hair, and paleish skin in contrast. Her blue eyes are amazing. We sat next to eachother in biology all of last year, as the teacher never changed the seating arrangement. We talked a lot, and I'm very shy, so it was a change for me. She talked to me first, and from then on we became very good friends. She bought me a cake on my birthday & gave it to me in class. She laughs at everything, so I don't know if she thinks I'm funny, or not....

Sleepover

My best friend is spending the night and we don't know what to do. We are going to the mall and we will be there untill 10:30, but what else should we do for the rest of the night? Keep in mind that we are 16, so no stuff like prank-calling or truth or dare. And we can't do anything that involves loud noise or leaving my bedroom. Or anything that makes a mess. Sorry so picky.

I still love my ex boyfriend Dean. he wants to go back out with me maybe but i hardly ever talk to him so its kinda hard. my friend Cody i think likes me. i like him too and i would go out with him but i still love dean. and another guy named Cody (we'll call him Cody2) that i work with, i like him ALOT! and i would really REALLY like to go out with him. and I would go out with him in a heartbeat but I dont know if he likes me. we talk alot at work but were not exactlly real good friends. Recently, while playing at gym, i sprained and dislocated my knee. I sprained it in 3 places. The doctor said I need surgery, so does anyone know how much it is going to hurt?

Verizon

i was thinking abouts switching from cingular to verizon. my bf & some of my friends have verizon, so overall i thought it would be a good idea so we can be "in" & have free mins including the regular plan & texting. my cingular plan is 2 years, so it's not over until december. the thing is, my cingular bill has been going up & i really think we should switch to verizon so that it wont be as much. is there anyway to break that contract. if so, what are the outcomes & how long does that take?? if we do break it, can i get a verizon phone from the store as soon as i do that?? i want it so that i always have a phone & there isn't a time where i don't have one.

I was about 7 when i first fingered myself; obviously, i didnt have my period then. I also used the pool jet to masterbate. I didn't know that's what it actually was called or that it could lead to problems later in life. I heard that it can give you cervical cancer. I'm really really scared. Is that true, what is the risk, and would I know if I have cancer by now if i'm 14.
