It is hard to pull out my tampons... is it supposed to be hard to pull out a tampon?

so i put a tampon in for the first time .. i got it in real easy like it didnt hurt or anything. but like when i took it out it felt so weird.. it didnt like hurt but it felt like an "ah that felt weird" kidna feeling. like i dont know if its suppose to feel that way or if the tampon is supose to just gently slide on out or if u have to pull it out with some strength <- thats what i had to do .. and than my other fear is like losing the string like if itll wonder inside of u or something.. is that possible?

im putting together a dance party mix.
what songs can i include? also, how do you dance to those songs-is instruction included(like in dance slide it tells you what to do. except the cha cha is like random dancing, I think)

Teeth Whitening

For a long time, like 4 years, I haven't really brushed my teeth well or at all. Sometimes not even once a day. My teeth are sort of yellow and I just started to brush at least once a day for the past half year.
Would Crest Whitening Strips help that? Or do they just help if your teeth are yellow because of drinking too much coffee/tea? Will it help yellow smoker teeth too?
Also, my mom says that Asian teeth are different? they are usually naturally more yellow? And she says probably no to laser dental whitening too..

i guess i'm pretty good,
but i still need to work on my serving.
do you have any tips as to how i can get better in serving other than to practice daily?

OKay, i am a redhead. unlike most, i don't have freckles everywhere. I have them along my nose and under my eyes. i absolutely CAN NOT STAND them. i was wondering if there is any way of permanently getting rid of them without covering them up with makeup. And please don't say don't get rid of them because they are cute...because i can't stand them. Thanks in advance, i will rate your advice.

Digital Camera

I really really want to get a digital camera and i know that if i want a good camera, i am going to have to pay good money. I really want one of those cameras that comes with the printer and you just sit it on top and push a few buttons and walla! well, i want to get a really good brand and make sure my camera will last a while, so i am needing advice on which cameras to stay away from and which are really great. Sunburn and Tanning

whenever I go to the carribean for a few days, I spend a lot of time in the sun without sunscreen. i would usually get a tan but then the tan would turn into a sunburn. about a week after i leave, my skin starts to peel. would putting on sunscreen keep my skin the same way, or give me the tan without the sunburn/peeling. thanks

There's this guy and me and him have been through a lot. We've known each other for about 4 years. We've gone out and gotten into a lot of fights. We made up and then I felt like he was using me. Like he would only call me when he was horny and wanted to have phone sex or for somehow me to turn him on. You might think I was stupid to even do it, but honestly I liked it bc it was w/ him. sooo, i thought this kid maybe liked me, just you know maybe. & then this girl, she has this kid call him up & ask.. cuz she likes him too, & when he said do you like kelsey? & he said just as friend.. then when the kid asked for me, do you like jaci? he said hell no really quick. & everyone thought he liked me, but he was just really shy. but now i dont think he does.
