ok so, i researched this a little bit for you and it concluded that, people like you may have a vitamin b definciency so they get monthly or so, vitamin b shots...or take vitamin b suplements...but the shot had the best results..... [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) there is more information at that site, but since it is a forum that is constantly overwritten and deleted it may not be there soon

hope i helped..

You have to understand that there are several B vitamins in what's called the B Vitamin Complex and each serve a common purpose in that they are important for the formation of red blood cells and the advancement of the central nervous system, but each one in the complex also has different benefits. Such as Niacin which is important for skin health or B-12 which is huge in the formation of red blood cells. You probably never heard of it but Wheat Germ is among the best sources of B-complex vitamins, hot cereals, milk and eggs, green leafy vegetables are also good sources. Consider taking a B-complex capsule each day so you have all the bases covered. They're widely available and not expensive. Overdose is very unlikely since B vitamins are all water soluble.

I better add about getting B complex shots also. Since the B vitamin group is all water soluble, shots are not that beneficial because you're just going to pass whatever you dont use through you're urine anyway so its a very short term solution to a long term situation. People who need the shots usually are desperate for the vitamins and usually anemic...I don't think you're that seriously deficient so just modify that diet.
