Tampax Pearl is what I use. Its Easy to use and it has a plastic applicator. NEVER use cardboard...its soo much harder to put in than Plastic.

I use Tampax. I would say anything is good as long as it has a plastic applicator and they carry it in a slim because they are easier to put in
