Why can't I be told the truth?

Hi,
For a long time in my life I've felt like people just can't tell me the truth about things. Whether it's my family, friends, people at businesses, or just some random person I meet on the street. I feel like everyone is afraid to tell me the truth because they either think I can't handle it or I'll get angry and upset. Do they feel ashamed to admit something to me? I can handle it when I'm told the raw truth about something, even if it's something that could potentially hurt me. But perhaps I'm not showing people that I want to hear the truth. Is there a way I can let people know that they can be honest with me and I'm not going to be angry with them if they are? Also how do I let them know without saying "I think yo...

i just got an ipod nano today and put my music in and all that. now i'm wondering, i've never had an ipod before where am i suppose to put it? XD and the earphone cords are really long too am i suppose to just let it like hang there? thx

ok well I was watching this episode of Oprah Winfrey show and it was about a girl who felt no pain, tourettes kids, and a mermaid baby.
it was episode nubmer 2803 and I was wondering is anyone could help me find the names of the three kids that ahd tourettes and were on the show.. one was Amanda one was Jasper and the other was Colin I think.. I wanna know their full names so i can search becasue my mom is a nurse and has to do a report on tourettes!
please help these kids were also featured on hbo's special I have tourettes but tourettes dosen't have me.

My best guy friend from camp is supposed to come back today.I'm 13/f btw. He stayed for 2 extra weeks than me. Actually, we were sorta kinda more than friends because he liked me and I really liked him back. Everyone thought we were going out because we cuddled so much and we spent a lot of time together. my bestfriend lets call her kate she's like so kool.but i don't think i trust her because she's starting to talk to my crush alot and flirting with him and not even knowing she's flirting! and i've talked to her about it and she says that she'll try to back off but she hasn't i told her she could talk to him but just not flirt with him and she's done this to me before and i've dealt with it. she's told me she's liked the same guy i like after i tell her i like him!!!!! it kind of gets mad...no it really gets me mad!! and she acts like good bestfriend and all, but in this case i hate her!!!! pease help me out with this problem....

i really like this guy at my summer day camp. we're both counselors but i'm 14 and he's 15. he's so cute. i knew him from last year because my best friend was going out with his best friend..our best friends met at this camp that i'm going to now. well i don't think he really likes me very much i mean i'm kinda flatchested compared to the other girls at camp i guess.. and im kinda boring i guess..plus he was totally checking out my friend. ive talked to him tons of times but i'm pretty sure he only thinks of me as a friend. my friend (who he was checkin out) doesnt like him and she doesnt know that i like him although it's kind of obvious that i do..at least i think so. well i'm not really sure what my question is but yeah theres my story!...

I'm a bit of a cooking hobbyist. I used to knit until I got carpal tunnel, so now I cook like MAD. I'm also a new vegan, so cooking has to happen.
have any of you had luck drying your own tomatoes? we do not buy tomatoes because we have a huge patch in the garden. I'm interested in the idea (because I have some bread recipes I'd like to try), but what kind of screen should I use to keep bugs out? has anyone done this?

I was thinking about using hydroxycut , my boyfriend who is 17 & never used it told me that it makes you not hungry. & then i told him that it's basically like starving yourself then, and he said no, and then he said something else. I'm only 15 & i'm 5'0, 130 pounds. The problems i have on my body is my stomach , sides, waist, and thighs. I would like to lose weight in those areas before august 13 ... so my questions are...
does it work?
& if so will i get good results by august 13th?
Is it basically like starving yourself?
Can i walk by sweets and not crave them?
& if i get it what food should i eat?

My boyfriend and i havn't been getting along lately. im also pregnant with his kid. He broke up with my twice over the name. although i told him i dont want to talk about the name until we find out if its a girl or a boy. Also i think he is mad because i dont want to have sex with him because i think the sex is boring and not fun. We fight like every day. he says i talk alot of shit but i dont. he left a mean comment on myspace saying i talk alot of shit. his dad spoils him so he always gets him way.

Hey, I was wondering if there are any leg work-outs I can do to lose mass around my upper leg area. I have a bike and I go bike riding, I walk a lot but I'm usually in the house during the summer. Don't suggest walking or jogging because I don't like to do that kind of stuff alone and a lot of my friends are busy this summer. I have a pool, so if you know of any good exercises I can do in the pool that would help me lose a lot of the weight in that area by the time school starts, that'd be great. Thanks : )
