14/f. i have this problem where i can't do anything by myself. like i can't go into a store by myself, because i feel so uncomfortalbe and like everyone is staring at me and watching me. i always have to have my mom come in the store with me. but then i feel embarrassed to be with my mom! help! i'm going crazy because what ever i do i feel uncomfortable.
its not that i don't love my mom, because i do! i love being with her, but then i get embarrassed shopping with my mom. so what can i do?

14/f.whenever i try to fall asleep, it takes me FOREVER to fall asleep. even if i'm tired i still can't seem to fall asleep. i always remember all of the things that i forgot to do at night. i just can't seem to turn my mind off. i also can never seem to get comfortable. help! this is driving me crazy!

I dance (jazz, ballet, moder, hip-hop) and whenever i do pleas (bending my knees) they get realllllly sore pretty quickly. also, my knees are hyperextended...what should i do...do you know what this is???

well my ex, who was my first kiss, and first boyfriend, and first real love.. we went out for 4 1/2 months... which isnt really that long, but it was the most wonderfull time of my life.... well we broke up and that was about 6 months ago, but i still like him, but my BEST friend likes him and he likes her... yes my BEST friend.. and they are probably going to go out..... i just want to know how to be ok with it, and how to finally let my first love go??

Alright my situation is kind of long.
and I'm going to start from the beginning.
Me and my boyfriend tyler were dating for about 6 mnths, and me being 15 and him being my first boyfriend I got scared of being tied down and broke things off with him. he took it pretty bad and was crying, and asking why. But after a few weeks he acted like he had a better grasp on it, but I knew it was still killing him inside. ok well i was going out with this guy i was going out with this guy.i still was when summer started on the last day of school but since then its all blah.i have talked to him once the whole summer and i dont know what to do cuz he said he isnt aloud to talk on the phone that one day i talked to him and he said he was sorry.also his parents are like russian freaks(no offence to any russians) and like dont give him any space to live.i dont know what i should say to him and stuff tomorrow the first day of school cuz i still like him but i dont know if we are still going out and if we are if i should break up with him.HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!

Whenever I've attempted to start my summer homework, I can't concentrate because I have 57354842349 different things running through my mind.
