its something out of the ordinary. but trying on a bra doesnt mean that thats your size. i think you should go to a fitting place (i know for a fact that victorias secret does it for free) and once you get measured then you will know what your actual size is. double ds are becoming more and more common these days though. there are many girls that would kill to have that size breasts. yea, it is a little bigger for your age - but everyone is different. i wouldnt be worried even if you do have double d's but i would get measured for sure to see what size you are.

hope this helps!! :] ♥

There is no 'normal'. Everyone's bodies are different. Yes, DD is larger than a lot of girls your age but it's not at all abnormal. I strongly suggest you get yourself properly measured at a shop that sells underwear (most places will offer a fitting service). If you are unhappy or embarassed by their size then you can get minimizing bras which will make them appear smaller, and if they seriously affect you when you are an adult then you could consider a breast reduction operation - although I doubt this will be nessercery. No matter what shape or size you are you should be proud of your body!
