i really want my hair to be long. not like, down to my butt but to like my mid back. right now its about at the bottom of my bra. & i have layers so the shortest layer, not including my side bangs is like to the top of my bra lol. my mom said my hair looks scraggily and i should get a trim, but everytime i go they end up going crazy with the scissors and cutting off like 3 more inches than i wanted. i only don't even want to cut it but my moms basically making me and i dont want it to look dried out. so is there any stuff i can buy to make the dry/split ends go away, or what else can i do? thankss

so me and my boyfriend have been dating for 2 months and a day now .. and we are TOTALLY in love.. i mean like talking getting married and shit already.. but he has a VERY bad past and criminal record but i dont care cause he treats me REALLY good.. And my mom use to like him but some shit happened and now she wants to put a restraining order on him and i would PROBABLY die.. like im not even kidding. i want to talk her out of it but i have the worst temper because she says stuff that pisses me off and i just flip out...
so basically my question is, Is there any way to controll my temper on the spot because its CRAZY

i am basically content with my weight and everything, it's just there's a little.. i have no idea what to call it.. "baby fat" i guess you could say, in the area under my bellybutton [ lower stomach ]. i've been doing about 60 crunches every night to try and make it slim down and become a little toner before school starts, and it seems to work, but then i eat and it comes back so i have to do crunches again that night. is there a way to just keep it down?

This guy i really like will be going to the same school as me for the first time ever! We are kinda friends, but i want to be more than friends, i have liked him for over a year and a half and liking him has prevented me from starting new relationships. By now i feel like i have to do something or just like him forever and never do anything (not what i want to do!). Do you have any ideas of what i should do?

Food is ruining my Life!!!

I didn't know what category this went in but anyway...
Ok so.. I have this problem, I'm not anorexic or bulimic, i guess it's kind of the other way around... I can't stop eating!!
I'm not overweight but I think I am but I just can't stop eating!! I am gaining weight like nearly everyday!!
I don't know how to stop it!! I've tried but I always think oh i'll stop tomorrow.. i'll eat healthier tomorrow but I never do!!!
I'm going away for a few days in December and I want to look really good but I just can't stop eating!! It's all junk food as well!!
Does anyone have any suggestions?? No stupid ones either!!

Always cold

It seems like I always get very cold, even when I was a little kid (I'm 16 now). Not just chilly--like fingernails and lips turning blue and shivering like mad. Usually just if I'm sitting down or laying down for a while. The air around me isn't even very cold--sometimes it's even seventy-five degrees, or hotter. Is there anything I can do to change this, or is there some reason why I always become so cold?

Birth control

Okay i just started taking birth control pills this previous month, and im on the period pills now..and they are just like reminder pills that dont have any hormones i know that.. but my period started like 2 pills early, so if my period ends should i start on the next month the first day i dont have my period so im taking pills with hormones in, or should i keep taking my reminder pills until they are all?

I'm a 17 year old male and I've been seeing this girl (20 female) for a while, and she's really cool. She's really easy to talk to and I just generally enjoy being with her. We had a conversation about smoking and drinking (both of which I am vehemently opposed to) and she told me that she never smokes OR drinks, which was a huge part of my attraction to her.
I found out though, through her telling me, that she was at a party and had a few drinks, and smoked a couple of cigarettes... Now I don't know what to say, because I want to tell her how I feel about that (I don't associate myself with people that don't respect themselves enough to avoid things like this) but we're not really going steady or anything like that, so woul...

i caught a virus from a friend and last night i threw up 5 times and the 1st time, stuff actually came out. and the other times, i couldnt stop heaving unless something came out and nothing was coming out....is that normal? well anyways, i have the grossest taste in my mouth and i cant get it to go away and i have tried ginerale and crackers to make my stomach feel better but it didnt work. is there anything else? and like that muscles in my lower back and like my abdominal muscles are soooo sore like everytime i get up and get down and wen i laugh or cough or something. i tried stretching to get it to go away but it didnt work...any other suggestions?

My boyfriend and I have cyber sex. Is it possible to pour out our sexual feelings online through a computer and not getting totally horny around each other? I mean, we want to stay virgins until we're married. So is cyber sex helping us with the temptation, or making it worse? Is it ok to have cyber sex or is it immoral and wrong? Missing my husband

My husband died about a 2 years ago in a tragic car accident. I still can't seem to move on. I know people grieve at different paces and in different ways, but I'm afraid I'll always compare men to my old husband and I'll be alone for the remainder of my life. (I'm only 29!) Right now everything seems bleak an hopeless. Will I ever be able to love another man? So far I haven't been activly dating, but there's a few gentlemen I've almost had relationships. Nobody seems to compare!

My husband and I have never really been to close since we got married, mostly because I'm starting to find him boring and inconsiderate. While I was his girlfriend, I was a lover. Putting my son up for adoption?

I have a 5 month year old son with my boyfriend. I considered adoption from the start, but it was too hard to say goodbye so I pulled out at the last minute. (Which made my boyfriend happy, surprisingly.) My mom (my dad isn't a part of my life) gave in and said she'd raise him for me if I helped. Now that school's in, it's becoming harder. We have to pay the babysitter, pick him up, etc. Plus, I made the cheerleading squad. Neither of us have time for him and my boyfriend's family can't take him. Mom wants me to reconsider adoption, but I can't give up my baby now! But I also don't want to give up being a cheerleading and all the other fun stuff in high school. Mom's afraid my grades will slip. So am I. But my bf and I have grow...
