Hi,
my question is: how do you tone your arms?
'Cause my arms are really flabby, and I already do cardio for atleast 45 minutes, 5 days a week + weights... but I don't want "ripped" arms, since I already have muscles... with a huge layer of fat ontop of it.

Me and my bff want to lose a little weight, we have like 2 or 3 weeks. any ideas?
we will not puke, and we WANT to eat. we can't exactly diet, (love food) but we aren't totally fat (like lose an inch or two around the waist) because we REALLY want to look good in our swim suits. PLZZZZ HELP! every minute with out answers, is another minute not losing weight! (Like I said, we KNOW we're not fat, just a lil chubby)

i have a somewhat flat stomach, just pretty big love handles. i dont like one piece suits, but i feel like my love handles look huge in two pieces. i found this one that i think would look good on me but its $130. if anyone could find pictures or stores that have anything somewhat close to this suit, links would be fabulous! So my parents surprised me with a trip to Mexico in 15 days and my body is not up to par. I want to know if this will give results both on the scale and body, and like noticeable difference....
Dieting: I am not eating any bread, sugar, soda drinks. Pretty much just vegetables, fruits, tuna, salmon, boiled chicken, grilled meat, salads, eggs, cottage cheese, some other things.
My exercise routine would be every other day and it would be 30 minutes interval running and walking on the treadmill. And do muscle workouts like various types of crunches, some pilate movies, etc.
Will this give noticeable results? How powerful is running for shaping up a body? What are some workouts/diet combo's that worked for you?

-work out and tone your lower abs other than crunches.
-and get rid of "love handles" or "muffin tops" other than running.

i have dark body hair, and i feel like i have kind of a lot on my stomach and lower back. i know every girl has hair there, but i feel like i have way more than most girls. i shave my arm hair off, since its super dark, as well as my legs of course. anyways, its probably not as bad to others as it looks to me, but i've always had more body hair than others. so i was wondering, should i shave the hair or try to dye it like a bleach blonde kind of color? especially with it being bikini season i dont want people to see my kinda hairy tummy and back! ew! ha plus i feel self concious. any advice is very appreciated thanks! I would like to know if anyone could give me some advice too get my breast to become more firmer and full? Is there any type of good excersize I could do that would help tighten up my breast?

i have really small boobs, im already 16 and all of my friends + girls younger than me have bigger boobs than me..
i'm only a 32B
:/ and that's bad.. for being 16
i wear push up bras, but they dont seem to help very much.
can you please give me some suggestions on bras, and advice to make them grow bigger.. im afraid they won't grow anymore & i'm really self conscious..

im 16/f. i try all the time to safely tan outside, but i just do not tan! i usually dont tan or burn at all, or i burn a little and thats it. i use spray tan bottles but i want a natural tan! my mom use to go to the booths and now shes tan, and although it can cause cancer, i only am choosing to go maybe 2 or 3 times, just to get a little color. theres a tanning booth place by my house where you stand instead of lay. i know it depends, but for anyone whose had those tans, how good do they work the first few times and how long do they last? thanks!!
oh plus, ive got stretch marks and being more tan than i am now will help hide them a bit =P

alright, well in like two weeks im going on a class trip to a waterpark and we're obvisouly going to wear bikinis but, well im not fat. not even chubby, but i just want my stomach toned up a little more. because most of the girls in my class are really skinny and im just nervous. because i know im not fat, but im scared people will classify me as that because im just not as "tight" as everyone else. and i know i shouldnt care what other people think, but i do. so, don't tell me that i shouldnt. :p bur ANYWAYS, i was writing to see if anyone had any exercises or diets or whatever i could do so i could tighten up my stomach and thighs a little before the trip. i was talking to my gym teacher and he said that the best way is to go f...

16/f/160cm/142 lbs.
If I cut back on all junk foods, with exception to carbs which are needed as well as lean protein, substitute water for soft drinks.
And exercise 30 minutes (cardio) and doing various toning exercises, 5 days a week, will I be able to lose 10-15 lbs by the end of summer?
Also, does mindset play a big role in weight loss? Because I tried to lose weight last summer, ate properly and stuff but I never lost anything.

and i really hate the sun. i hate going outside, and i wait until night to get outside-active and stuff. well, my parents are pressuring me to get a job as a lifeguard. summers almost halfway over and i still dont have a job. they think i could be a good lifeguard, if i just got outside and got a tan. they say if i do get the job, im going to be outside all day everyday and that if i dont like the sun, to just get over it.
what should i do? i hate it outside! i hate bugs, i hate heat, i wear all black so i cant just go on a walk and i hate the sun and the brightness! any thoughts on something that might help???? thanks!

Hi im 17/f and i want to get rid of the cellulite in my butt and my thighs. I dont even want to wear a bikini because its so bad i think. Like when i sit down you can see it. Im not fat though im 5'6 and i weigh about 150 pounds. People say i hide it well cuz i dont look like i weigh that much. Is there any great work outs that i could do at home to get rid of it? Does running help? And how long is it going to take to get rid of it? Another question is i have stretch marks on my thighs and is there any way to get rid of those or reduce the visibility? Thanks so much for your help!

my legs rub together when i wear shorts, and my in between my legs get really sore and red, sometimes cut up, because they rub together from wearing shorts. Any ways I can prevent this, or when it happens, I can make it feel better? thanks.

I have a layer of fat in the top of my abs which is incredible hard to work off. Does anyone else have this issue? Like my obliques and my upper abs are really defined and so are my lower abs. Butmy lower abs have this I would say medium sized ammount of fat between my skin and by abs. Creating a block of my full beautiful belly potential. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to fix this? Besides going to a gym, iLike at home workouts and such. I am willing to do rigorous workouts too. And any suggstions for upper thighs? im 5"6 and aobut 115 lbs.
before i used to wear pants too tight for me, and now i have like an indent on my hips, so now whenever i where any pants i have huge love handles. i want a smooth curve, not an indented one!
has this happened to anyone before? and do they know how to get rid of it! PLEASE!
