lose weight in 3 weeks without dieing

Question Posted Thursday June 5 2008, 3:00 pm

Me and my bff want to lose a little weight, we have like 2 or 3 weeks. any ideas?
we will not puke, and we WANT to eat. we can't exactly diet, (love food) but we aren't totally fat (like lose an inch or two around the waist) because we REALLY want to look good in our swim suits. PLZZZZ HELP! every minute with out answers, is another minute not losing weight! (Like I said, we KNOW we're not fat, just a lil chubby)

stop eating junk food (pop, chips, candy, ice cream, and everything like that)
Eat healthy stuff like veggies, with low carb and low sodium dressing. Eat dairy food, and fruit.
Eat balanced meals, and excersice alot. Run, do jumping jacks, crunches (but not the ones on the floor. You dont get stretched enough. use an excersice ball) also you can ride bikes, swim, or do sports that include this stuff.

I hope i helped, and good luck.

It's simple once you get used to it.

Cut out sodas, replace with all natural fruit juice, or water.

Cut out chips and dip, replace with baked tortilla chips and guacamole.

Cut out fatty ice cream, replace with Breyer's double churn low-fat vanilla ice cream. Add toppings SPARINGLY.

Cut out candy, replace with frozen grapes with a side of whipped cream [they are REALLY good].

Start eating tons of fruits. Really. They are good for you, and if you are hot and sweaty, and really THAT hungry, you will eat whatever sounds appealing. Kiwis, pineapple [yum!], strawberries, mangoes [yum!], grapes, papaya, the possibilities are endless.

Eat less, meaning make your portions smaller. If you decide to go out to eat, ask for dressing on the side of your salad. Ask for water or iced tea instead of soda. If you don't feel like finishing that last half of hamburger, wrap it and take it home and finish it later! Eat when you are hungry, don't eat when you're not hungry.
