how do you lose fat in your legs in a couple weeks?

you either run outside or on the treadmill. and you have to keep a balanced diet. dont stop eating, just eat healthy instead. and to tone them once you've lost the weight, do lunges.

The same way you reduce fat and lose weight from any other part of your body. When it comes to losing weight, fat thighs are no different to fat arms.

Point is, you can't target a particular area of your body to lose weight from. All you can do is reduce your calorie-intake, increase your calorie-expenditure by increasing your exercise and let your body do the rest.

Exercise won't reduce fat from your thighs. In fact, if you over exercise your thighs without taking care to stretch your thigh muscles afterwards, your thighs will actually increase in size.
