Arm flab

Question Posted Thursday June 5 2008, 7:51 pm

Hi,

my question is: how do you tone your arms?

'Cause my arms are really flabby, and I already do cardio for atleast 45 minutes, 5 days a week + weights... but I don't want "ripped" arms, since I already have muscles... with a huge layer of fat ontop of it.

Thanksssss

it depends on the type of stuff you like but your might try starting yogo. in november I started and not only is it relaxing it tones certain areas depending on the type of yoga you do. About a month ago I got Gaiam Yoga: core cross train and it works on toning your ars belly and legs. It's a little changeling but it's an option. I think yoga is great but it might not be for you. Hope I helped.
