chub rub!

Question Posted Sunday June 1 2008, 11:36 am

my legs rub together when i wear shorts, and my in between my legs get really sore and red, sometimes cut up, because they rub together from wearing shorts. Any ways I can prevent this, or when it happens, I can make it feel better? thanks.

Vaseline, cocoa butter, or baby oil should help. It will help prevent the chafing because there will be more of a "slide" because its more slippery. It will also help heal the area at the same time. Just don't put too much on or you'll look like a greased chicken.

I get that too. Just wear spandex underneath. I wouldnt wear underwear with the spandx tho its really uncomfortable. But if the shorts are too short to wear spandex under then i really don know what to tell you.

Well if I am running or something and wearing like cotton shorts ill wear spandex under then this eliminates it. Also moisturizing is the best way to keep it down. I would use more of an aloe than a cream because there is less friction. If it is with shorts that aren't cotton i would buy bigger sizes that will be airier. Hope this helps, good luck xox diane
