Ok, last year I think I went through one of the most horrible things a 14 year old girl could go through, my bsf(best sister friend) got really jealous of me, and mad at me when I saw how bad me and her (and other friends) acted. So, she did stuff to make me gain weight, and then at one point, she just stopped hanging out with me, and got my other 2 bff's to leave me. So I speant 3 months by myself and being my own best friend. Now, today, I hate myself, I'm super shy(i used to be outgoing) and I never talk to much! And I want to make new friends but it seems like I'm to shy too! I need advice on how to love myself and tips on how to gain a friendship.(I'm sorry that I'm asking for advice on two things, I couldn't find a place that looked right for hating yourself and stuff..)

My friends and i have been friends for 1 year.recently we got mad at each other and we are not talking.I dont know if we should be friends again or not.But here is the thing...everybody is saying that im the one who is ignoring her when she started all this and everybody thinks im the bad person.She calls me everyday but i don talk to her.Any advice?Thanx alot!And how can i make her stop calling me every damn day.

im in 9th grade an im a guy im only 4'10" im probabl the shortest kid in the grade. when i ask out a girl i usually get a no maybe when we r in 10th grade. i realize that means im too short i like this girl i went out with her 2 years ago i think she likes me cause when i flirt with her she blushes and smiles she is only like 5 inches taller than me should i ask her out?

15/f. i've recently found out that i get crushes on people waaay too easily and quickly. like today we had a field trip and on of the guys that was new this year who is friends with a lot of girls i talked to the first time. he is really nice and funny and we stayed together the whole time on the field trip and sat next to each other for two of the presentations and at lunch. it is so weird because i just basically met him but i've started to like him. i know that he doesn't suspect anything because he is friends with like a lot of girls because he is easy to talk to. and we got each others numbers and screen names, but that doesn't really mean anything to him. what can i do to stop getting crushes on guys so easily.

15/f. at my school there is this group of people that most people call "goth", "emo", or "punk". but i hate labels and most people are afraid of them and don't talk to most of them. i guess you can call me "preppy" or a "girlie-girl" but again i hate labels and i wear and dress how i want to. okay so to get back on topic this is a guy at my school who is bi so a lot of peple to talk to him. especially the guys, they make fun of him and are like afraid to sit near him or talk to him.

I recently learned to knit. This prompted my sister to say that she wanted to learn to knit as well. I thought it would be fun to teach her to knit, but I don't spend much time with her (she's in middle school and I'm in college) so I thought that I could get her a fun knitting kit for Christmas. Does anyone have any suggestions for a knitting kit I could get her? I'd like it if it had an instruction booklet, needles, and yarn included. Thanks!

15/f. i'm in 9th grade at middle school and i always have this problem where whenever i start becoming friends with a guy or talk to them a lot, i always start to get a crush on them and never just stay friends. why does this happen? it is like i can't have any guy friends...just crushes. also once i start talking to a guy a lot people automatically think i like them it is very annoying. and when i do like a guy most people can tell. and i don't think that i'm being that obvious...what can i do?

Okay...this is Haley...again! lol but me and my boyfriend as i have said before have been dating for about 5 months and we're defanitely in love! and he's told me before that he's never felf this way about anyone!! but he dated this girl before me for 3 and a half years.....!!!! and she ended up breaking his heart and they talked about getting married and stuff like that! Now the girl is a really big whore...like believe me I know!!
