what are some good excercises i can do while watching tv that will burn fat? thanks!!

Push ups, crunches, curl ups, squats, jogging in place. There are many excersise you can do. You can basically do anything that you want.

If you want to work on legs, lay on one side with your elbow bent propping your head up...then lift your top leg up and down slowly and repeat on the other side..squats are good. also stand with one leg slightly in front of the other and kneel down. get up and repeat 10 times and switch legs.

to tone your stomahc, do crunches, curl ups, push ups, or jsut stay up in a full body push up position.
