is it possible that if i excercise a lot my shoe size can get smaller? im a size 8.5 or 9 (please dont say that my shoe size is right or normal, i want a smaller foot) and i would like to get to a size 6 or 7 if its possible. but if not, are there any other ways to get a smaller foot besides surgery? thanks!

14/f okay well last year i wasn't what you called attractive....i was fat and had kinda bad achne. Well this year i've lost a lot of wait alomst 22 pounds and my achne has cleared up and my boobs are a lot bigger.....well this year i've heard that a couple people like me and stuff and a couple guys kinda talk about me in 4th pd....well atleast i thinks it's me and there are other 2 guys have asked me out....but i said no because i didn't know if it was a joke or not and not this guy named...well i won'tsay his name was talkin about my butt and my boobs but i don't know if they are just joking or not how do i tell if all the guy that flirt/ask me out are really tellin me the truth becasue hinestly i still don't think i'm pretty/

The fat...the breast..HELP!

My mum says I have big breast...! I think I have pretty normal sized ones but she says mine is too big for my age and that it will keep growing until im 18 (im 14) and when i have kids..it will get bigger and hang. I have 36B...sometimes (different brands) a 36c fits too. Is this huge for my age? ALSO I'm kinda fat...so I suppose there is fat that's making my booobs huge!
PLUs my mum didn't relly hve huge ones and she was thin...and I'm half asian...and asians don't relly hve 'boobs'! Is it too big? What can I do to stop it from growing?

Stress

How do you get rid of stress? Actually I don't think stress is a word to call it because it is much more negative and deeper than stress but it's not anger. I think it's more like drama like in dramas are really strong and deep like the feeling in soap operas kinda and I just get so 'drama'/depressed in my mind that I cry every night and just feel really bad inside all the time. And i'm really ugly and stuff so it keeps bringing me down to help myself feel better. I just keep thinking so negative all the time.

It's almost 60 degrees in the middle of January.This is probably the warmest winter that I can remember.I can only imagine what the rest of the year's going to be like.
Is global warming the cause,or are there other factors?

seriously. why the hell does everyone have a problem with emo kids? like..i dress emo but that doesn't necessarily mean that i go around cutting myself. and even if i did, why do people notice emo people more than everyone else? and why do people say stuff about them? its stupid. half the kids are obviously depressed and i don't think people should make fun of them. then the other half just dresses this way because they really like music.
grr. it just really pisses me off.

this sounds really crazy but i dont know what to belive in ! i have been baptized etc but i dont belive in god, jesus , any of it my mum baptised me so i didnt have a say my step sister belives in 14th century witch craft and im interested as my sister told me that there first rule is " do what u please aslong as it does not hurt a soul" and that makes soo much scence to me ! i no this sounds different wicht craft etc.... but i want to learn what the do and how to become 1 i cant ask my sister as she and i dont talk etc ... does it mean that because im baptised i cant take another religion where could i find advice on this 14th century witch craft and advice will help xxxx

How many calories?

ok, first of all, i wasn't sure if this went into the fitness category or not. Second, how many calories am i burning walking 1 mile? The path is mostly flat except for the very end there is a spot that goes down. I walk, hmm, well i guess i walk medium paced. you know, not really fast, but not really slow. Thanx! My hair

hi, I'm a female and I just have terrible hair! You know in the movie Princess Diaries? My hair is 2 times worse then that, literally! This is the 6th time that I got my hair chemically straighten and to my dissapointment, again, it didn't work. And my friends told me why should I even bother which really hurts my feelings. I'm so ugly and depressed about it and I can't just forget about it because I was teased by strangers, family, and everyone about how ugly I am since I was born. Any advice? oh by the way, you know all the hair problems that sunsilk has? dry hair, split ends, poofy hair (everything except for the flat). That's how bad my hair is because it has all of those bad symptoms

Does water really help your skin? I have really bad skin so I started to dirnk 8 glasses of water a day but as soon as I'm done I have to go to the washroom right away and all the water just comes right out! =S

okay well im thirteen tomorrow and my boyfriend is a year older than me and yesterday my boyfriend told me that his best friend which is my best friend's boyfriend kept asking him how far me and him have gone but he wouldn't tell him. then they made a bet that my boyfriend would finger me by the 27. and last night i asked my boyfriend if i was just a f**king bet to him and he was like oh how do you know about the bet? and no your not just a bet. and we only made it because he wouldn't leave me alone. and then my boyfriend told me that it was also because he feels weird because my two best friends and their boyfriends have sex and stuff and he feels weird because we haven't and he feels left out. and then i was like well what are you trying ...
