someone once said-
"life feels pretty worthless when you drink water and pee at the same time."
hope i helped

honestXmiistake answered Thursday January 4 2007, 6:51 pm: first of all, there's no way drinking water can harm you. maybe if you were drinking like gallons of it a day, but 8 glasses is fine. water is necessary in living, so drinking that much will certainly help your health, and your skin. like someone else said, don't chug it all down at once...slowly drink it, and spread out the 8 glasses that you drink in a day. hopefully over time you'll see an improvement :) [ honestXmiistake's advice column | Ask honestXmiistake A Question ]
Alin75 answered Thursday January 4 2007, 5:25 pm: I dont think there is anything wrong with drinking that much water. Particularly if you exercise, then it could even be more.
I cant say what how it will help your skin, but having to go to the bathroom a bit more often is ok. Dont drink them all at once of course (if you have been, then thats maybe why it all just comes out). This water should be spread out over the whole day, emphasising periods when you have been active. [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]
solidadvice4teens answered Thursday January 4 2007, 4:54 pm: Water is extremely important when it comes to taking care of your skin as is washing your face three times daily. When it comes to needing water to stay hydrated or control acne a doctor told me drinking four regular sized bottles of water is enough throughout the course of a day. You can also drink Green Tea and Gatorade as that helps but avoid juices, stuff from concentrate, frozen drinks you mix as they are detrimental here.
emilyy answered Thursday January 4 2007, 4:52 pm: Hi! Personally, I think you should only drinking when you are thirsty. Too much water can lead to health problems and 8 is a little excessive.
These things will help refresh your skin:
Face masks (found at any drug store)
Not eating overly salty/sweet foods
Splashing your face with cold water after washing (to close your pores)
Also, if you have the money, try proactive. It's a great product. If not, just wash your face with a plain nonscented, noncoloured product.
KatieCakes answered Thursday January 4 2007, 4:48 pm: water helps in a way but eight glasses will not help use bottled water mabey 3 to 5 glasses through-out the day not all at once also eat fruit and veg it help so does milky products such as yogurt etc ..
runawayxlove answered Thursday January 4 2007, 4:40 pm: hey, yes its good to drink water. it usually do help out with your skin. eight glasses of water a day is just too much. try drinking three glasses. one in the morning, one in the middle of the day, and one at night. also tap water will not show you any results. you have to use brand water like poland springs.
