you should have the baby unless you are raped, you got yourself in the mess you should just have the baby and then give it up for adoption, you should have thought about what could happen before spreading your legs. you should give the baby up to someone who can't have a kid.
Sabine answered Thursday January 4 2007, 6:32 pm: Let's see. When I had one (the fetus was not viable) in 1995, it cost $300 cash at a local gynecologist's office on an outpatient basis. I was less than 12 weeks gestation, so it was early. I believe that the price of an abortion depends on how far along you are and which specific procedure you need to have (whether it's the Mifeprex pill, a simple dilation and curretage, or D&C, or whether they have to do something more). It also could cost more if you have complications, such as bleeding or an infection following the procedure.
This is what I pulled up on my local Planned Parenhood site:
************************************
Prices as of November 1, 2004:
Medication Abortion (availability determined by PPSTSCHS ultrasound, you must be under 56 days/8 weeks) $450
Surgical Abortion
10 days to 4.6 weeks - $595
5 weeks to 9.6 weeks - $395
10 weeks to 11.6 weeks - $450
12 weeks to 13.6 weeks - $595
14 weeks to 15.6 weeks - $850
ultrasound only - $280
Price includes everything, no additional charges. Payment may be made by MasterCard/VISA, Discover, Amercian Express, cash, check, or money order.

It's not a comfortable thing and you may end up feeling sad about it for a while even if you are absolutely sure it's the right decision. I have a friend who's had 2 abortions and she says she was given medication and it was not painful.
