Selling land that was gifted to me

Hello,
My husband and I are in our 40s. We want to sell some land that was gifted to me by my Mother, but she is upset that I want to sell. I do appreciate the gift, and wish to sell to siblings, (they own some of it too) but I have always wanted a farm and a place to call my own. We simply can't live on that ground due to our jobs here, that we enjoy. We have no other finances to build our dream of a country life. I don't want to cause a tiff in the family as I am the one who never makes waves--but then silently I allow resentment to build.
I am torn, because if I keep the ground I can't build my dream, and if I sell the ground I hurt my Mom's feelings.
What do you think and how would you react?

I have no idea what's wrong with me. I'm a teenage who has a "good" life. (meaning that there aren't any huge problems going on) I can't stand living though. I how I can't get love- because I truly believe that love is the only thing worth living for.
I how every relationship i've ever been in has ended before it even started. I'm considered "negative" but I don't see how that's a big problem- because when i'm not around my immediate family I keep all of my negativity to myself. I cry all the time and I can't stop thinking of . I wish I could die so badly. There's nothing that I want to do in this world. And I'm sick of this line of thought. I've been to tons of counselors and therap...

14/f and my bf is 16/m.
I have 2 problems.
1)I really like my boyfriend and all but like he's really really anoying at times. Like anoying enough i wanna break it off with him, but like i can't becuase i love him with all my heart and soul. and I just dont know what to do becuase i can be really really mean to him. and i try not to be but i just am.
2)I kinda wanna go farther with my boyfriend, like he fingers me and shit but like i've givin him a hangjob once, but it wasn't that long like a my mom was walking in. and like i've done shit with guys before but it just him i'm kinda scared and idk what to do. like i love when he fingers me becuase it feels really good but like idk how to give him the pleasure back becuase i'm scared kinda.

ARCC Trips

Didn't really know what subject this would go under...anyway..Hey has anyone gone on one of these ARCC Adventure cross-country trips? I have really wanted to go on one for about 2 years now. I like the Australia and Italy ones the best. The only problem is they are really expensive. If anyone has gone on a ARCC trip and are they really worth it? Is it easy to get finacail aid? thanks!

ok im 13 and female and ive started to notice im getting bigger around my stomach and my thighs. ive always been pretty small but last your we had an end of the year picnic for school where we went swimming and i felt really self conscious how can i tone my abs and thighs so i dont have to suck it in all summer?

hey i like this guy named ryan.I bacically talk to him every morning at school and we SEEM to agree to everything.Everything i say he bacically laughs at..and we SEEM to have alot in common.idk if he flirts with me. like ill be writing something, then he will like get a pen and scribble on it.But when hes around his friends, he flirts with this cheerleader,Nicole. you know in movies in stuff, esp. when someones gambling in las vegas they show one of those poeple behind a "card game" table doing this really cool thing.. like he makes the whole deck stand vertically and then moves the whole deck with one card.. i dont know how to describe it.. but it's REALLY cool and i need to know the name for it to be able to google it! and i need to google it to be able to learn it, and i need to learn it for a cool class presentation i ant to do! thaaaaank youuu! <333

I know that it's really not right to want revenge, but I have to have it. Before Halloween this past year, my friend (let's call her Tori)stole the guy I liked, and we were almost going out. dying underneath my hair

my hair looks kinda redish from how i changed the colors in the pic, so the bottom part of my hair is how it really looks. but anways what is it called when you dye you hair underneath? i was thinking about getting black underneath or a reddish color, what do you think? and when you get a color underneath do they put it in the top of your hair too like highlights are? please scroll down to get to my pic!

my mom's birthday is coming up in a couple of days so i'm probably going to take advantage of our day off tomorrow to go shopping & get her something. unfortunately, i don't know what to get :\ i know, i know this is your typical question..but my mom is realllly hard to shop for. please don't say 'make her something..it's the thought that counts' or 'help her around the house' or 'buy her a giftcard.' sure, all those things are nice, but they're not for my mom. lol. for the past couple of times, i've gotten her a fossil watch, pearl necklace, clothes..just stuff like that. she doesn't need a back massager-she's got one of those. lol no food items. no pots and pans. so can anyone pleassee help me? if it helps, i'm 16, female and i'd real...
